He rolled his eyes. WHAT WHY DID HE—

“What? Are you mad at me for not easily trusting you??? YOU LIED TO ME!! YOU ACTED LIKE YOU DIDN’T KNOW THAT WE…we…uhh…” I looked away out of embarrassment.

 

“Sohee really used that card, huh? She’s such a pain in the ”

He gulped before looking away. “Uhm, there, I said it”

 

I was left dumbfounded. How am I supposed to react??? Is this the real life??? Is this just fantasy??

 

DAMN IT. I can hear my heart beating so loudly. STOP!!!

 

Wait is it just mine? I think I’m hearing another one…

 

I tilted my head to Sehun’s side.

SEHUN ACCIDENTALLY KISSED MY HEAD

 

I MEAN—HE KINDA ACCIDENTALLY SMASHED HIS LIPS INTO MY HEAD…I bet that hurts

 

“Sorry!!” I apologized in a high pitched voice

 

I slowly looked at him. He’s checking himself in the mirror. “Are you okay?”

 

“I don’t know, it felt like I was hit by a truck”

“I was kidding.” He smiled before ruffling my hair.

He started the engine of the car.

 

“Where are we going?”

We ate dinner, went to a convenience store, got stuck in traffic before finally reaching our destination. It’s already 11:00 PM and I’m in my pajamas. We’re near the sea. There’s a lighthouse, and we’re parked in front of it. The sound of the crashing waves somehow calmed my mind.

 

“Why are we here?”

 

“There’s a meteor shower today. I wanted to show you.” Sehun handed me a can of soda.

 

“You sure you want to see it with me?”

 

Sehun rolled his eyes while opening his can of soda. “I already told you I like you.”

 

I was frozen for a second. “Don’t joke around”

 

“Yah, don’t reject me like that.”

 

I gulped. “Neh”

 

Feels like I’m being ordered but I like it. He sounds so y wtf

 

There’s silence. All I can hear is the sea, sometimes the occasional sips of Sehun. My ears are blessed.

 

“Are we not going out?”

 

“There’s still an hour left. What do you wanna do?”

 

“I don’t know, swim?”

 

“Sure?”

 

“NO!!! I was kidding!!!!!”

 

Sehun laughed. “You look like a tomato”

 

I cupped my cheeks. “Don’t look at me!!!!”

 

He inched closer to my face. “But you’re so cute.” He then pinched my nose

 

“AHH!!”

 

“I’d quit showbiz if it means being like this with you everyday”

 

I stared at him for a while. “Are you being serious?”

 

“I guess. Your choice”

 

“Nooo. I don’t want to take you away from my beloved boy group”

 

He smirked. “You actually thought I’d quit for you?”

 

I glared at him. “You’re so annoying”

 

He opened a bag of chips. “Want some?”

 

I rolled my eyes. “Then you’ll say, you actually believed that I’m giving you some?,” I said while mimicking his voice.

 

He laughed.

 

I swear that was the cutest laugh ever.

 

He put the bag of chips in between us. “You can have it”

 

I eyed him suspiciously while getting the bag of chips. “Thanks”

 

“You actually—“

 

“Stop.” I put my hand in front of his face “Or I’ll slap you”

 

He held my wrist and pinned me to the passenger seat. “If you can”

 

My eyes widened. He’s so freakin’ close to my face!!!

 

Eottoke? Eottoke???

 

Out of panic, I closed my eyes.

 

After several seconds, I heard him laugh.

 

I opened my eyes but instead of being annoyed, I found myself reminiscing all the days I fangirled so hard because of Oh Sehun.

 

I must’ve saved the country in my past life.

I must say, I’m in awe. The way his eyes crinkle, the sound of his laugh—everything. This is the Oh Sehun that I’ve been dreaming about my whole life. And now, he’s here in front of me, being his real self. What a sight to see.

I guess I’m super dazed that I failed to notice that he already stopped laughing, and now he’s looking at me curiously.

 

“Are you in love with me?”

 

I quickly looked away. “In your dreams!!”

 

“But I am.”

 

I froze. What was that supposed to mean?

 

“What do you mean?” I asked without looking at him.

 

“You know what it means, and I’m not saying it again.”

Anytime now, the meteor shower will start.

 

We’re sitting on the hood of his car, waiting for shooting stars.

 

The atmosphere is very calming, although it’s cold.

 

I must’ve been shivering so Sehun asked me, “Are you cold?”

 

I nodded twice. Unsure because I don’t know if my heart can take it if he removed his jacket

 

He got up and opened the trunk

 

He gave me a jacket and a blanket. “I figured you’d be cold. I have hot packs too if these are not enough”

 

“No! These are enough. K-Kamsahamnida”

 

“Why are you being polite?”

 

“I don’t know should I say…go…mawo? Kam..sa?”

 

He turned away and coughed. “That’s better”

 

I put the jacket on, but oh well, it’ still cold.

 

I think Sehun noticed it.

 

“I got you a jacket and a blanket but you only used one.”

 

Sehun picked up the blanket between us and wrapped it around me.

 

I couldn’t’ move. His touch…electrified me. I was dumbfounded. He looked up after wrapping me, but our faces were already so close.

 

He inched closer and closer

 

…and closer

 

This time, I didn’t close my eyes.

 

I saw a shooting star pass by

 

That was my cue to reality

 

“A SHOOTING STAR!!!” I shouted while pointing behind Sehun

 

Sehun pulled away shyly and looked behind him

 

“L-Look there’s more.” Woah, he actually got shy

 

I nodded even though he can’t see me, since his back is facing me.

“It’s breath-taking,” he said, still not looking at me

 

Yes, you’re really breath-taking and I can’t believe I’m here with you

 

“What did you wish for?” he asked while looking at the sky

 

“Nothing”

 

He looked at me with a frown on his face “Why?”

 

“My wish already came true”
