At one o’clock in the morning, Sana was lying quietly on the bed, her eyes were spinning at a high speed. Suddenly, she frowned, and her breathing became short. It seemed that she was having a nightmare. After about two minutes, she suddenly opened her eyes. She was afraid and was in despair, but her eyes weren’t focused. She froze for a while, then pulled herself out of the nightmare. She stretched out her arm, touched the cellphone and looked at the time. Sana sat up strangely, groaned and rubbed her temple which was a bit numb.

Since her rebirth, she has had nightmares every night. Even if she lives right across from Dahyun, she couldn’t relieve the pressure and shadow in her heart. She knew that her current state wasn’t right. On the surface, she looked very normal, but in fact, she was extremely anxious. She was on the edge of restlessness and collapsed when she was extremely insecure. But she couldn’t show it, she can’t show it.

Dahyun’s thoughts were delicate. As long as she showed it, she would be worried. She would become worried if she didn’t talk about it. She could only be anxious behind her back. What Sana couldn’t see was Dahyun’s current unhappiness.

After she sat on the bed for a while, Sana turned over and got out of bed and put on her slippers. She walks to her every night's decision. She calmly opened the door and came to Dahyun’s bedroom door. When she opened the door, she walked carefully not making any noise in the darkness.

She came over like this for a few days. After being awakened by the nightmare, she came to Dahyun’s room and stood by her bed and watched her sleep. After half an hour to an hour later, Sana felt her restlessness wasn’t so strong, so she would go back to her room to go back to sleep.

Of course, Dahyun didn’t know that Sana’s movements were very light. She doesn’t do anything and just looks at her quietly. As long as she can see that her chest was slightly undulating, Sana wouldn’t be afraid anymore.

Today, she came to Dahyun’s room as usual. There was no light in the room, the curtains weren’t pulled, and even the quilt on the bed was clean and tidy.

　　No one.

　　Dahyun wasn’t here.

　　She…wasn’t here.

Sana’s pupils tightened abruptly and retreated in horror, her breathing immediately became difficult and hurried. She retreated too fast and suddenly hit the door handle. The sharp pain came from her back, but Sana didn’t care. Now her brain blanked, and her panic-filled eyes stared at the empty bed.

　　Dahyunnie was…not…there.

The tears fell without warning. Sana’s legs went soft. She couldn’t help but sit on the ground. She didn’t know what to do. Should she go find someone? Where to find, where was she now? This was Dahyun’s home, was she a person? Or ghost, when, two months ago, or…a year later?  

In front of her eyes, there was a burst of darkness. Now, Sana couldn’t breathe. She was pale and breathed like a dying fish. She could breathe in, but she couldn’t breathe out. The lack of oxygen feeling was very painful. When the door behind her opened, Dahyun heard the noise and walked back from the living room window. She saw Sana sitting by the door and was stunned.

　　“Sana-unnie, what are you doing, sleepwalking?”

When she said that, she went to Sana, crouched down and saw Sana’s present appearance with the moonlight. Her expression immediately changed.

For two minutes, Sana was unconscious. When she was conscious, her surroundings became bright and her eyes saw soft white. She moved her fingers and found that she was in a person’s arms. Her hands tightly held the other, while the other’s hands were her back, patiently and gently.

Dahyun held Sana, her body wasn’t soft at all, it was all bones, very sultry, but her arms were too warm, the warmth caused Sana to cry at once, she thought of it, but now she couldn’t get up, so she buried her head in Dahyun’s arms, her forehead against her chest. Dahyun knew when she moved, she would be all right, but she still didn’t let her go. They sat quietly on the ground.

After a long time, Dahyun’s voice rang. “Sana-unnie.”

The person in her bosom raised her head and Dahyun slightly dropped her eyes to look into her eyes.

Dahyun was too calm now. She stared at Sana’s eyes and spoke with an unbearable taste. “Tell me, what’s wrong with you.”

Sana looked at Dahyun. She opened and said after a long time, “Can you…”

Dahyun moved gently. She stared at Sana’s eyes and didn’t let go of any of her emotional changes. After a long time, Sana finally said, “Can you please not ask me?”

Dahyun’s face immediately became stiff, and she dazedly looked at Sana, her face was still a little confused and helpless.  

Sana struggled, and Dahyun let go of her. Sana sat on the ground, rubbed her aching temples and whispered, “I’m fine. Really, it takes a while to slowly…”

As she said this, she looked up and begged Dahyun, “Don’t ask, okay? If I could tell you, I would tell you, but…I can’t tell you.”

Dahyun looked at her for a long time before she nodded silently.

In the past, Sana never discovered that Dahyun was actually obedient to her. Even though they had their differences at work, in most situations, she still listened to her. Very rarely, does Sana discovers her proposal has issues, then runs to Dahyun to apologize. Usually, Dahyun will use her original proposals.

After knowing Dahyun’s thoughts towards her, she naturally knew how worried Dahyun would be if she accidentally encountered this scene. She was worried that she would be afraid to death, but as long as it was her own request, she wouldn’t refuse.

Sana’s eyes were red and she didn’t want Dahyun to worry anymore. So, she restrained her impulse to cry, placed her chin in Dahyun’s shoulder, then turned her head to the other side so that Dahyun couldn’t see her expression.

After a long time, Dahyun said: “Don’t tell me, but tomorrow I will take you to see a psychiatrist.”

Sana opened her eyes slightly, nodded, and her chin rubbed Dahyun’s skin. Dahyun couldn’t help but tightly hold her. Sana didn’t get up and Dahyun didn’t move, time didn’t move fast or slow. She didn’t know what time it was, but Sana almost fell asleep when Dahyun whispered, “Unnie, let’s go to bed to sleep.”  

Sana opened her eyes, her eyes were still a little hazy. At this time, she discovered that she had changed from her original posture to lying within Dahyun’s arms. Sana slowly stood up, after a while, Dahyun moved her numb legs then stood up. Sana turned around and wanted to leave, but Dahyun caught her.

She looked back and Dahyun seriously said, “Just sleep here, your state, I really don’t trust.”

Dahyun said it very sincerely. At this moment, she really didn’t have any other thoughts. Even if she didn’t know about it before, now she knew that Sana’s mental state was unstable. She really can’t arrange Sana to stay in a separate place from her.

Sana was stunned. She walked back obediently, sat on the bed, lifted the quilt and then laid under it.

Dahyun pursed her lips, followed, then turned off the lights in the room.

Dahyun’s bed was very big, two people lying down had more than enough space. She was afraid that Sana wouldn’t be able to adapt, so she laid on the right side, but, after a while, Sana came over to her.  

In the dark environment, the sounds were infinitely magnified. The sheets and quilt rubbed together and rustled. Dahyun was inevitably nervous. Soon, a soft hand climbed onto her arm, then she felt that her arm was held in someone’s arms and placed on their chest.

　　Dahyun: “…” Oh my god.

　　“I’m still scared.”

A whisper full of dependency dispelled all the beautiful thoughts from Dahyun’s mind. She turned her head, she saw Sana within the darkness who didn’t look real. She could only see that she was lying beside her, almost close to her.

Dahyun was soft-hearted and distressed. She turned around and hugged Sana. She wanted to transfer her body temperature to her, she gently coaxed her, “Don’t be afraid, I’m here.”

Sana slightly hooked her lips, but soon, this smile disappeared in a flash. After a while, she asked, “Are you going to leave me?”  

Dahyun was stunned, there was no reason for this question to be asked. She thought for a moment and felt as if she had found out the truth. Sana’s relative or friend left her, so she was greatly stimulated, which explained why she was so abnormal.

Dahyun’s heart was worried and replied: “No.”

Soon, Sana’s voice sounded again and the other side seemed as if she wanted to confirm something, “Never?”

Dahyun confidently promised, “Yes, never.”

Sana was very warm in her heart. She shrank into the quilt and stared at Dahyun’s side profile. “If…there was an accident?”

“There won’t be.” Dahyun closed her eyes. “I will overcome all accidents and the accidents won’t dare to approach me.”

This sentence was used to coax children, but Sana still couldn’t help but smile, she asked: “Then, what if I had an accident?”  

Dahyun opened her eyes without warning. She turned her head and their eyes met. Sana took her breath away, Dahyun’s eyes were strange at this time. Soon, Dahyun turned her head back again. She closed her eyes calmly and spoke lightly, but her words hit Sana’s heart like a thousand pounds.
