Too Bad You'll Never Know.

To save time, Junmyeon and Minseok decided to head to Junmyeon’s directly since it was closer, and thus Eunha found herself sitting on the sofa of Junmyeon’s living, with Aecha asleep on her lap. Minseok had received an urgent call from the hospital and was currently engaged in a heated conversation on the balcony, not wanting to disturb Aecha. Meanwhile, Junmyeon just emerged from the bathroom having found the first aid kit. He wordlessly kneeled down in front of Eunha and started tending to her wound. To distract herself from the stinging sensation on her skin, Eunha decided to explore her surroundings, absorbing the warmth and affection that filled every nook and cranny of the flat.
The place had simple but chic decorations, matching Junmyeon’s personality, and the random colouring books and toys scattered around created an interesting juxtaposition of seriousness and childishness. Aecha’s presence was clearly embedded through the splashes of colour and vitality in the otherwise modest flat. There were also photographs of Aecha and Bongcha everywhere, so it did not take an expert to figure out how important family was to Junmyeon.
“Stop frowning or you’ll get wrinkly,” Eunha hummed, poking Junmyeon’s forehead. “I’m not a surgeon so it’s not really a big deal.”
“You have a burn injury of course it’s a big deal,” Junmyeon hissed, careful to not wake Aecha. “What if it leaves a scar or something?”
“You really are a mother hen,” Eunha chuckled while shaking her head.
“There, done,” Junmyeon mumbled under his breath.
Lifting her freshly bandaged arm, Eunha's lips curled into an amused smile seeing the Pikachu themed design of the bandage.
“Aecha’s going through a Pokemon phase…” Junmyeon hurriedly explained as he packed away the first aid kit.
“It’s cute,” Eunha chirped.
An awkward silence fell between them and even Eunha had difficulty overcoming it this time. Deciding that it was time to leave, she tried to stand up. However, the moment she shifted her body, Aecha snuggled closer to her, refusing to let go. Junmyeon stood up and tried to break Aecha away, however in his attempt to not wake up the young child, he ended up losing his balance and fell forward.
Eunha instinctively pushed herself down, resulting in her lying back-down against the sofa seat. Meanwhile, Junmyeon had planted his arms on the sofa — one on each side of Eunha’s head — to support his body, and Aecha was obliviously sandwiched between them.
