One Month Later In My Dreams
Jeanine walked into the science lab, in a frown.
“So how did it go?” I asked.
She dropped her notebook down on the table. “He first said maybe, and then he said no!” She clenched her hand into a fist. “I can’t believe that jerk. How dare he refuse!”
As she stomped off to get the needed materials for our lab, I just sat down at the lab table. Was he really jerk? Or was he speaking his mind?
Could you really penalize someone for speaking the truth? Although history has shown it has happened before, does that mean it’s right?
