Lucas smiles opening his eyes slowly to welcome the morning

He sits up straight stretching his arms out and wakes up Kun that’s beside him that still sound asleep, “Wake up ge” he pats three times before getting out of bed to slide open the window curtain, making way for the morning light to naturally brighten up the room

Kun didn’t really get a pleasant sleep last night was startle a bit by Lucas’s three pats, “What time is it?” he grunts taking the pillow and use it to cover himself from the light

“Time to get up” Lucas walk towards the bathroom

“But my alarm hasn’t set off” Kun throws the pillow aside, “How dare you” he sits up straight and leans on his back

Lucas turns to Kun and asked, “Why do you look listless? Can’t sleep last night?

Kun narrows his eyes straight to Lucas, “You don’t remember?”

“No” Lucas shaking his head and shrugs not having a clue

Kun takes a deep breath, “If I knew it’d happen I would definitely take our manager offer of having my own room” he huffed giving a thin side smile

“Ok. Now I’m getting curious, said Lucas, “What happened?”

The reason that made Kun restless that night is none other than Lucas. Not only he was delirious calling out Yuqi’s name repeatedly, he even shifted his body closer to Kun and hugged him

“Yuci. Yuci” Kun imitates how Lucas spoke that night, “Luckily I didn’t have to flick your nose to wake you up because you turned around and kiss the pillow instead” he sighed with a soft laugh, “Must be a one wild dream huh?”

Lucas straighten up his body and clears his throat, “No” he answers firmly, “Maybe it’s because i thought about this day before going to sleep”

“You’re really going to ask her today?” Kun stumbles out of the bed heading to where Lucas is standing

“Yeah” Lucas leans sideways crossing his arms

Kun pats his shoulders and smiles, “Good luck” he steps inside the bathroom

“What are you doing?” Lucas stops Kun’s before he goes inside any further, “Can’t gege see i’ve been standing here the whole time?”

“No. My eyesight is still blurry from my lack of sleep” grins Kun letting go of Lucas’s grasp and continue to walk inside the bathroom, “Try Yuci’s bathroom. Pretty sure it’s vacant” he closes the door with a wide smirk

“A minute” Yuqi exclaims running to the door to answer the ringing of the doorbell

Turns out it’s one of the staff from the stylist team delivering the wardrobes to the cast, “Good morning” she says digging in the garment bags finding that has the yellow team name on it, “Here you go” she finally finds it and hands it over to Yuqi, “There’s a note for the makeup stylist inside. Be sure to tell her” she winks and politely excuses herself to deliver the rest of the wardrobe, “Good luck for today”

In less than 5 minutes after Yuqi closes the door and put the garment bag on top of the iron table, someone else ring on the doorbell again, “A minute” Yuqi walks back to the door to answer, probably it’s the makeup artist and her team, she guessed without bothering to peek through the peephole. 

It wasn’t the makeup artist but Yanan and her manager. Yuqi raises her brows and ask the manager what brings him to her room so early, “Doesn’t Yanan have to get ready?” she points to Yanan opening the door widely for them to come in

Yuqi’s manager and Yanan enters the room, “He’ll be getting ready here” said her manager

“Good thing I have showered and dressed properly” Yuqi closes back the door for the second time

Her manager looks over to the iron table and notice the wardrobe have arrived. He takes the garment bag and hung it over to the coat hanger and opens the bag to check if they put Yanan’s as well inside like he asked them to yesterday, “Clear” he sees the two set of clothes, “Oh?” then wonders why would a purple ribbon is being pinned using a safety pin near the collar section on Yuqi’s wardrobe, “This is to be tied on Yuci’s hair. Thank you” he reads the little note beside it

Yuqi walks over to where her manager is standing, “Oh” she takes a look at the ribbon, “I guess that’s what she meant by the additional accessories earlier” she read the note without having any suspicions of thoughts on why would the stylist give and told the makeup artist to put on a color accessories that’s not on her part of clothing that very day

When walking out of the bathroom, the first thing that Kun notice is Lucas’s antique he never saw before, “What are you doing?” he asked Lucas that’s currently leaning his right ear against the wall

“Quiet” Lucas hushing Kun, “I’m trying to listen their conversation over there” he continue to eavesdrop

Kun shakes his head walking across the room while drying his hair with a towel. He prefers not to comment and just get ready before the makeup artist come and knocks on the door

Approximate of 5 minutes of trying, the only thing Lucas can hear is when Yuqi burst out laughing. The rest is just the sound of an empty wind of hollow behind the wall

“Given up already?” Kun asked after Lucas removes himself from the wall and head towards the bathroom, “Alright then” he smiles faintly seeing Lucas going inside and closing the door without any reply

Back in Yuqi’s room, her manager excuses himself for a bit to get his phone charger that he forgot to bring

While her manager goes back to his room and the makeup artist hasn’t yet shows up, Yanan and Yuqi talk about Yanan’s first impression meeting the cast and crews

“Everyone was great” he compliments all of them that made him feel welcome including the guests, “Except for one though”

“I wonder who?” Yuqi not having a clue who it is because months of being together she knows well all cast and crew treats everyone very friendly

Yanan moves closer to Yuqi and knocks gently on her forehead, “Xuxi” 

Yuqi frowns, “Lucas?” and giving the I don't know what your talking about facial expression, “He looks pretty normal talking to gege yesterday”

“His body gesture maybe, but his eyes weren’t” Yanan smiles leaning back against the couch, “Do you think he was jealous?”

“Jealous?” Yuqi makes a forced laugh, “That’s just probably his eyes. It’s way to big”

“Just saying”

“How about we change the subject?”

“I only answered the first question you asked me” Yanan chuckles, “But as you wish. I don’t want you having a bad mood because of it” 

“When was the last time anybody saw me in a bad mood?” Yuqi asked and Yanan couldn’t remember one moment of it, “It’s because I don’t. My mood ain’t easy to mess with” she laughs

“And that’s why some of the guys can’t help themselves to not have feelings for you” said Yanan, “Including you know who is waiting for his age to turn legal so he can officially approach you”

“That’s just a rumor ge” Yuqi knowing well who is the person Yanan talking about, “The people who doesn’t like me or Idle that time created it because the circumstances supports it”

“Let’s hope it is” Yanan smirks convinced it’s just not only a rumor that is made up, but actually are facts

I’ve been in their position before Yuci, so I’m much aware if I see someone is interested in you, Yanan reminisce the time he realizes it and the day he decides to put it all behind and move on because Yuqi will always see him as a big brother, I could go through it, I don’t know about them, Yanan talks about Lucas and the other to himself silently

Since this is the last breakfast the cast and crew will be having together, on behalf of the producer request, the chef’s hotel has prepared a very special variants and choices of food for the buffet. Starting from sushi, fried rice, porridge, bread and so on

When Yuqi, her manager and Yanan arrives, almost all the cast and their guest are already there, “We’re not late are we?” Yuqi joining the same table with Yan lin, Chen linong, Jiani and Ya wen

“No” Yan lin replied, “Kai ge and Xuxi didi haven’t come down yet”

“Pretty sure they want to look good for the last episode” Ya wen sarcastically rewinding the moment they discover that Lucas and Zheng kai loves too much to look good

“Could be” Yuqi agrees, “Come. Let’s go get some food before the ones I have my eyes on runs out” she then excuses herself with Yanan to go over to the buffet table

Just when they’ve done talking about Lucas and Zheng kai, both appears from behind the door a minute later

Zheng kai looks down to his legs and notice something that made him different from the others, “Am I getting prank again?” he walks over to the producer and shows the producer what he meant

The stylist who is sitting one table with the producer answers Zheng kai’s question, “I thought you wanted to be the most prominent one in the last episode?” she recalls what Zheng kai have requested to her yesterday  

“By giving me shorts?” Zheng kai looking down to his legs again making Zuo chao burst out a small laughter

“Makes you look tall” the stylist grins widely

While Zheng kai and Zuo chao busy themselves discussing Zheng kai’s wardrobe with the stylist and the producer, Kun pokes Lucas’s sides telling him to look over to Yuqi and Yanan who is heading back to their seats

Lucas and Kun went straight to the same table Yuqi is going to and can see the chairs next Yuqi is still unoccupied

“Good morning” the two didn’t forget to greet the cast and their guest

“Morning” Jiani replied followed by the others

“Is the two seat empty” Kun politely ask Yuqi, “Is it alright if we sit here?”

“Sure” Yuqi smiles, “Be my guest” she helps push the chairs for Kun and Lucas to make a way for them to sit on it

“Excellent” Kun pulls Lucas by his arm to the seat that’s next to Yuqi and eye signaling Lucas to put his belongings there while Kun put his on the seat next to Lucas. Kun and Lucas then head over to the buffet table afterwards

Kun didn’t take too much while Lucas almost put all of the options the hotel give that day on his plate

“What’s the problem?” he sense Kun’s sharp glare directed to him, “What are you doing?” he looks down to Kun’s plate, “I guarantee you that eating a lot of breakfast only once can’t make you gain weight in an instant” he takes two big spoonfuls of fried rice that’s in front of them, “I remember on the first day of breakfast” Lucas flashbacks to the moment where Yuqi is like Kun, limiting herself for breakfast until Lucas gave her his porridge and bread. Later they found out the reason why

“Apparently falling in love can make someone become more sweeter” Kun teases Lucas stopping Lucas hands from adding more food to his plate, “It’s more than enough, Thank you”
