Getting the news from months before, Cube’s stylist team has already prepared the girls wardrobe one month earlier

Don’t have anything else to do while she waits for her turn, Yuqi walks towards the clothes rack where the stylist team hung all of the dress for the red carpet. She slides each one to the side to take a look and stops to the white dress that has a tag with her name written on it

Yuqi turns to the stylist and asked if the white dress she currently holding is her’s

The stylist walks over to where Yuqi is standing , “Yup. This is yours” she takes the dress out from the hanger and cover for Yuqi to change in it

Yuqi went inside the simple changing area made from curtains that the team purposely set up inside the dancing studio a day ago so the girls don’t have to go all the way to the bathroom just to change

Done changing, Yuqi steps out and let the stylist analyze and check every detail of her dress from top to bottom, front to back, and right to left

The stylist really made sure every button and parts are sewn and patched perfectly to avoid any wardrobe malfunction for happening later on

Not finding any flaws in the Yuqi’s dress, she tells Yuqi to continue on with her hair and make up while she continues checking on the others

While getting her hair sprayed with water to moisten it for the MUA to style it afterwards, Yuqi felt a brisk vibration coming from her phone

She looks down to see what notification that just buzzed and saw Lucas names show up in the alert box

Yuqi slides her phone to unlock and her kakao apps auto open immediately

Lucas : Break a leg

Yuqi : Thanks

Lucas : I’ll be sure to stream

Yuqi : You don’t have to necessarily to go all that trouble too 

Lucas : I insist. I don’t have anything else to do

Yuqi : Still in Korea?

Lucas : No. already flew back since yesterday

Yuqi : The hotel? And the others?

Hours of getting hair, makeup and wardrobe done, the girls are finally ready for their 40 minutes of drive down to Incheon Namdong Gymnasium where the award ceremony is held. The same venue where the girls first receive their Rookie Of The Year award a year ago

The van finally pulls up in front of the venue main driveway. Securities and a long lane of red carpet have waited for their arrival

Wearing a feminine styled black and white theme dresses, Soyeon, Miyeon, Minnie, Soojin, Yuqi and Shuhua gets out of the van and walks gracefully down that red carpet to the center stage for a quick interview and photo session for the press and fans

Lucas with his cup of ramen, live streams the award show using his manager laptop that he borrowed earlier today

Seeing the girls finally enter the venue, Lucas puts aside his ramen and leans closer to the laptop screen. Lucas smiles spotting Yuqi but can’t help himself to notice how short and loose her skirt is that late afternoon

Ending their red carpet event, the girls strikes one more pose for the camera. They then carefully gets off the stage continuing their destination to the backstage area

Inside, they went straight to find their side of the changing room. And like any other changing room in a venue with a capacity not more than 9.000 people, the changing room is set by the crew between the backstage wide hallway. The main ones mostly are given to the groups that’s currently on top, if not, groups from big companies

For the girls it’s never a problem. They understand completely. To get all of that treatment, needs time and a lot of achievements 

“Are we late?” Shuhua sliding the door open rapidly startling 2 from the 4 staff from Cube that have set up everything and ready to keep the girls look flawless till the end of the ceremony

Being one of the first to go on stage for award acceptance and performances, the staff works together helping the girls change and retouch their hair and make up

“You can change here” said the stylist to Miyeon handing her stage outfit, “Oppa have checked inside and outside the room and said it’s safe. To be more safe let me cover you with a blanket while you change”

Minutes later, one of the crew from the FMA’s knocks on the door to give out information that the show will start in approximately 30 minutes and all groups is requested to stand by in their assigned seats 10 minutes before going live

“Come on, i’ll take you there” the manager whose mostly with Yuqi accompany them

Surrounded by groups of seniors, the girls never forget to bow down every time they pass by a group heading their way inside

After award acceptance, the girls perform their numbers just like what they’ve practiced without making any mistakes

“Great job” exclaims Soyeon while they head back to their changing room not forgetting to take a picture holding their award first, to post and thank their fans for the never ending support through social media

Soyeon, Minnie, Miyeon, Soojin and Shuhua change back to their red carpet dress while Yuqi change into her regular clothes

“Don’t forget to send me the picture unnie” she reminds Soyeon before departing to catch a plane back to China with the same manager who have accompanied her from the start of Keep Running filming till now

“Ok” Soyeon watches Yuqi vanishing from the room

Yuqi rushes her steps a bit heading herself way out. But when she hears her name being called, she immediately step on the breaks to see who it was

“Woogie right?” turns out it’s Hyunjin, one of the most popular members from Stray Kids, one of the members who did a dance collaboration with her, Soyeon and Soojin at one of the year end shows

“Annyeonghaseyo” she bow down greeting him, “Nice meeting you again” she stands back up straight, “I’m sorry. I love to chat but I'm kind of in a hurry”

“I can see” Hyunjin laughs, “Sorry for stopping you” he apologizes back
