Seulgi’s POV

“It’s your problem, not mine” I told her while smirking.

 

 

This is just the beginning Joohyun.

 

I went straight inside my VIP room and laid on my bed.

“Wahhhh finally a proper rest”

After a minute, I remembered something

 

“It’s because you snore cutely!”

 

“Aish! That woman!! I don’t snore! And….. She has no evidence” I smiled assumingly.

I closed my eyes until I drifted to sleep.

 

It was a good 2 hrs nap. I refreshed myself by taking a shower and wore a simple White polo, brown shorts and a rubber shoes. I’ll just change again before the dinner starts.

 

I decided to go down to check if that woman was able to organize the dinner.

 

“Mr. Lee, Where’s joohyun?”

“Seulgi-nim, she’s checking the venue of the dinner party later.” Mr. Lee replied.

“Okay, Thanks, Mr. Lee”

 

 

I opened the door of the function room and saw the tables and chairs were already in place. As well as the lights and sound system.

“Not bad” I noted. I’m a bit impressed.

 

Until I saw a two figure at the corner of the room.

I walked towards them and saw Joohyun hugging Taehyung.

I don’t know what I felt that time, I just immediately pulled joohyun from Taehyung.

“S-SEULGI N-NIM” I heard her. But my eyes were darted to Taehyung.

 

“Hey Hyung” Taeyhyung said

“What are you doing here?” I replied with my eyebrows creased.

“I Uhhh…. I just got into a wrong room. I have to go! I still have a meeting to attend. Bye Seulgi Hyung.”  taehyung replied.

“Bye Joohyun” he winked.

 

Okay, I know this kind side of taehyung. I know him so well. He likes joohyun.

I temporarily ignored that and I looked joohyun beside me while I crossed my arms.

 

“I’m not paying you to flirt anywhere you want”

I saw her face gets shocked on what I said.

“You call that professionalism joohyun? Huh? You were flirting to someone during your work!!! That is clearly unethical!!!”

She wanted to say something but I didn’t let her.

“I don’t want to hear any explanation from you”

I exited the venue without looking back at her.

 

 

I went back straight to my room and I unconsciously slammed the door.

“What do they think they’re doing??” 

“They just met, they can’t hug like that!”

“URGGHHH!”

I spoke to myself.

 

 

 

 

*dinner party*

 

“ Hello Seulgi-nim, It was nice to see you here again in japan”  Mr. Yamamoto said

“Thank you, Please enjoy the rest of the dinner. We’ll talk about the business some other time” I replied.

“Not a problem, Seulgi –nim, May I know who’s in charge on this event? Mr. Yamamoto asked.

“Yes..,Uhmm I- It’s my Personal assistant who arranged this.”

“ Very nice arrangement Seulgi-nim. I commend her for organizing this dinner”

“T-thanks Mr. Yamamoto, Will relay your message to her.”

I bowed to him and went back to my table with other guests.

 

2 hours passed but joohyun is still not in the venue.

She should be here, She’s the organizer.

 

I tried searching her outside of the venue but she’s not around.

I tried to call her but she’s not answering her phone.

Where are you woman!

 

I went to her room and knocked.

“Joohyun!?? Are you slacking off huh?! The event is not yet done woman!”

“HEY YOU NEED TO WOR-“

 

*cough* * cough*

“ Joohyun?”

*cough* * cough*

“Hey what’s wrong??” I asked worriedly

*cough* * cough*

“open the door joohyun!”

*cough* * cough*

“!” I cursed

I took out my phone and called Mr. Lee

“Hello? Mr. Lee, I need the Master key ASAP”

After a minute I got the master key, I immediately opened the door and saw Joohyun lying on the sofa shivering.

“Mr. Lee you may leave us now. I’ll just call you if I need something”

“Yes, Seulgi-nim” he replied and exited the room

 

I touched her forehead and her fever is high.

“What happened to you!?”  I asked and she can’t respond properly

I went to the kitchen to search some food and water for her to consume, unfortunately there’s no stock

“Oh come on!!! You don’t even have something to eat here!” I yelled in frustration.

 

I have no choice but to transfer her to my room. 

I carried her bridal style, my room is not that far from hers.

I put her down on my bed. She’s still shivering, I quickly went to the kitchen to make some soup.

While waiting for the soup to be cooked, I’m wiping her forehead with cold towel.

 

“Joohyun, can you sit? I cooked a soup. You need this” she nodded and I assisted her while she sits.

She’s about to get the spoon

“No, I’ll feed you. Just sit there” I said.

 

 

 

 

After eating, I checked her temperature.

“hey, your fever is still not going down” I worriedly told her

I dialed my phone and called someone

“Hi Dr.Takeda, I need you right now”

.

 

 

 

 

“So what’s the diagnosis Dr. Takeda?” I asked

“Her body is not in good condition right now. She just suffered over fatigue. She’ll be fine soon Seulgi-nim. Don’t worry. I’ll go now. I left the medicines on the table”

 

“Thanks Dr. Takeda.”

 

Why do I feel so guilty right now.

 

I saw her sleeping peacefully. I sat on the chair beside the bed and looked at her.

“I-Im Sorry” those words just came out of my mouth.

I was able to scan he face,…. From her eyes, nose, and to her lips.

I was staring at her lips and slowly getting near her face.

Then I kissed her

I just ing kissed her!

 

Thankfully she’s in deep sleep, I sigh.

 

I decided to sleep as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*The next Morning*

 

Joohyun’s POV

 

As I slowly open my eyes, I see a different ambiance of a room.

I realized that I’m not in my room.

Then I heard some little snore.

 

Seulgi-nim is sleeping while holding my hand.

I can’t recall exactly what happened but I knew he’s the one that took care of me.

 

He’s peacefully sleeping while holding my hand. I smiled.

“Even though you hurt my feelings sometimes, I did not expect you’ll be this kind. And I don’t know what to feel anymore” I quietly said.

Seulgi-nim suddenly woke –up and I decided to pretend asleep.

I felt his hands fixing my hair and held my hand tighter.

I felt butterflies on my stomach. What’s happening!

 

I can’t control anymore so I decided to wake-up

When he noticed that I was about to wake-up he suddenly removed his hand on mine.

“uhhmm. Do you feel better now?” he asked

I just nodded

“Who’s room is this?”

“ This is my room. You don’t have any stocks in your room so I decided to transfer you here” he said.

“T-hank you Seulgi-nim” I replied

 

 

‘Joohyun” he called

“ yes seulgi-nim?”

“ I cancelled my meetings today. We’ll explore Tokyo”

“Noted. Seulgi-nim. I’ll call Mr. Lee-“

“No, We’ll go there just the two of us” he said

 

Such a weird day for me.
