I was inside the bathroom, currently drying my hair after taking a shower. "Bear, are you done?" I heard Irene's voice from the outside. I smiled. "Yes, I'm just drying my hair, be out in a minute!" I shouted. I went back to my doings and after I was done, I put the hairdryer back in its proper place before exiting the bathroom. A smile formed in my lips as I saw Irene sitting on the foot of my bed, busy with her phone. She was wearing a grey trench coat with black leggings with a scarf wrapped around her neck and black boots for footwear, her hair was tied into a messy bun and she was wearing this round black glasses making her look cute. Whipped. While I wore a black turtle neck with a navy blue winter coat on top then denim pants and blue sneakers, I let my hair loose for today since I'm lazy to tie it. I approached her and stood in front of her, I waited for her to notice my presence and it didn't took long enough. She looked up from her phone and smiled at me. "Let's go, bear. We are going to be late for your surgery!" She stood up and held my hand. I was looking at our intertwined hands as she dragged me out of my room, a smile unconsciously appeared. Ever since I let her move in here, we became much more closer than before. Yes, we still have a couple of fights and arguements here and there. But we became best friends now, even though she's only here for one week, our relationship progression went better.
