“Should I un-crush Kyungsoo oppa?” Nayeon pouted.

“Yeah. I think you should. It’s under the friendship code 101” So Hee answered while smiling at me.

“Ya. We’re not dating! But Nayeon, you’re right! You should un-crush that Doh Kyungsoo. He’s nothing but a pretty face!”

“Pretty face, huh?” I heard a familiar deep voice. We all turned around.

“Kyungsoo oppa!” Nayeon exclaimed with a large smile.

“Speaking of the devil. Let’s go home now.” I said. Obviously annoyed. Why is he always popping out of nowhere?

“You can’t. Today is our 1st day of review. Mrs. Park is waiting for us in the library.” Kyungsoo said while showing the modules he’s holding. Oh shoot! I almost forgot the wizard contest!

“Then we’ll go now... enjoy your time reviewing, Mr & Ms perfect.” So Hee teased as she grabbed Nayeon’s arms.

“What are you planning now?” I asked, irritated.

“We’ll be working in pair for the contest. I don’t care if I lose but I think that’s not fine with you so let’s just study.” He replied. I rolled my eyes.

We proceed to the review facilitated by Mrs. Park. The 1st study guide was simple. I knew everything about it and I bet it was the same for Ksoo. After the 2-hr session, I immediately leave. I can’t stand being with this arrogant punk.

“Jihyunie.” I rolled my eyes. Jihyunie, Jihyunie. Are we even close?

“What now?!” I asked, annoyed. He walked faster towards me.

“Aren’t you hungry? Let’s eat dinner.”

“I have to go somewhere.” I replied without looking at him.

“You go home straight every Thursday. And today is Thursday.” He said while directly staring at me.

“Are you a stalker?!” My eyes enlarged.

“Stalker? My looks don’t qualify me to that category.” He replied, proudly.

“I’m hungry. Let’s go!” He said as he put his hands on my shoulders. I remove it. He places it again.

“Remove it once more & i’ll tell everyone your true colors.” He said, smirking.

“Why are you eating with me? I thought you hated me.” I asked. Kyungsoo sipped his iced tea.

“I never said that. What I said was I hate fake people. You’re not 100% fake.....yet.” He replied with a little smile.

“Are you teasing me now? You are really annoying, big eyes!”

He smiled. A genuine one. It suits him.

“I have something I don’t understand in the review guide. Can you teach me?” He said, still smiling.

“Ya! You are really teasing me now!” I pouted. His smile turned to a cute laugh.

“Aniyo! I really don’t understand question #9, I think.” He said. 

“But why did you raised a question a while ago?”

“I pretended I know how to solve it. Jihyunie, you see, you all pretend at some point. It’s natural to conceal our weaknesses.” He replied while directly looking at me.

“But don’t do it all the time... it will kill the real you before you know it.” He continued.

“Kyungsoo-ya...” i said in a soft voice. His words touched me.

“Don’t misunderstand. I don’t hate you.” He said as he pats my head.

I am looking at him. My heart isn’t beating as fast as before. It was at ease, to be honest. His words and smile warms my heart as if it wasn’t the first time we meet.

“Kyungsoo... perhaps have we met before?”
