Day 4:

Jessica woke up to the smell of Krystal’s cooking emitting throughout the whole house. If there was one Jung that could cook decently that would be our lovely 

Krystal Jung. Yes everyone applause please.

Jessica sniffed her way down stairs with her hair neatly pulled into an elegant bun. Going around the marble counter, Jessica could be seen tippy toeing over 

Krystal’s shoulder, being curious to what the younger girl was cooking. To Jessica’s liking it was scrambled eggs with a side of bacon.  Grabbing a plate of her own, 

she gently placed it next to the stove to grab Krystal’s attention, pouting, and hoping the latter would give her some breakfast before work.

Krystal Jung wasn’t all too evil, indeed she woke up an hour earlier than Jessica to cook the girl a nice meal before she left off to her treacherous hell hole, well it 

wasn’t THAT bad. Krystal gave Jessica a nice serving of the golden eggs and crispy bacon, trying to indeed fill the latter up as much as possible. Because a whiny 

hungry Jessica is just as worse as a tired Hellsica, and Krystal did not want to die yet, she’s too young!

After being finished from stuffing her face with food, Jessica gave Krystal a quick peck on the cheeks as a thank you gesture while the latter smiled in response. 

The two bid farewell and Jessica was off to her 4^th day of work, boy was she excited.

Jessica entered the store an hour before opening, she saw the employees congregating the break room, being the curious little monkey she was, she peaked over 

their shoulders to hear what they were discussing.

“I heard HQ is sending someone down for evaluation today” said one of the male workers

“Do you know who?” asked another female

“All I know is that we have to be extra careful today, or else our jobs are at stake” said the other male worker.

Jessica was confused; they were sending someone down from HQ to evaluate the store she’s already evaluating? But that’s right; she made sure that her going 

undercover was confidential. At least she knew the board of directors kept their mouths shut.

No one knew when the evaluator was arriving, for all they know, it could be anybody. So the employees were on their toes today, which was a fake act upon 

Jessica’s observance. The only person who probably wasn’t even a fake was Tiffany, she was always serious and dedicated to her job, which is why Jessica will not 

fire her after her going undercover is all over with.

*At Jung Corporation*

“So Ms.Im, are you ready to evaluate store #0009?” asked Mr.Kim

“Indeed I am” Ms.Im said while flashing her alligator like smile.

“Great, you’ll dress in regular everyday clothing, preferably wear anything but MyJ clothing.” Mr.Kim said while smiling back at the doe-eyed girl.

“Yes, sir” Ms.Im says while bowing to the director.

Jessica was folding clothes in the back, when a figure propped behind her and shook her. That scared the living daylights out of Jessica, she screamed like there 

was no tomorrow. Poor Tiffany her eardrums must’ve exploded by the immense ultra-supersonic dolphin like squeal.

“REALLY TIFFANY?!”

“I’m sorry, I was just trying to surprise you… not scare you to death..” Tiffany says while looking down while fidgeting with her fingers.

Jessica awed with the cute girl in front of her.

Wait no! Jessica you don’t say other girls are cute, you’re not gay! You’re straighter than Yuri with a room full of hot guys!

But she looks like a little kid who got scolded by her mom! No! Jessica Jung Sooyeon, you don’t say other girls are cute!

“Jessica, are you okay..?” Tiffany says while poking the older girl’s dozed face.

Jessica snapped back to reality, and coughed to cover up her embarrassment after arguing with herself silently. Poor Jessica she was never like this before, she 

was cool, calm, and NORMAL, now she’s talking to herself, she blames Yuri for all for all of this. The crazy girl’s split personality has been rubbing off onto Jessica, 

yea that’s it, Jessica blame it all on Yuri. Jessica smiled to herself in satisfaction after coming up with such conclusion.

“Yeah.. I’m totally fine!” Jessica said a little too excitedly.

“Okay…” Tiffany said while looking at Jessica weirdly.

The two resumed back to work, but Tiffany couldn’t help but look over her shoulder every few second to grab a quick glance at Jessica. Jessica was acting 

unusually weird to her today, she had no idea why, but it was hurting her.

Jessica quickly moved to the front of the store after the awkward tension between her and Tiffany. While doing so, she spotted a familiar figure entering the store, 

Jessica being the curious little girl she was, she approached the latter.

Tiffany finished preparing the clothes in the stock room, and decided to bring them out for display. While doing so the latter noticed Jessica conversing with 

another girl, she was slightly irked with the situation but decided to leave it alone and move on.

“Yoona?” Jessica said while tapping the girl on her shoulder.

“Unnie?!”

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!” Both screamed at one another

“Unnie, I’m here to do the evaluation, why are you here?” Yoona replied innocently, looking at Jessica confused with her brown doe like eyes.

“I..Uh, Let’s go somewhere else” Jessica says while dragging Yoona out of the store.

“Unnie!                Can you please tell me what’s going on! And why is your hair brown?!” Yoona asks frantically.

“Yoona..calm down. Let’s take a deep breath and talk about this”

“Unnie.. you act like we’re in a relationship” Yoona says chuckling

Jessica smacked Yoona’s arm a little too hard causing the latter to groan in pain.

“Stop your nonsense” Jessica says seriously

“I’m here because I’m ‘undercover’”

“HAHA, YOU undercover?! Unnie you’re really funny you know that?”  Yoona says while laughing, earning a deadly glare from Jessica causing the latter to gulp.

“I’m serious!”

“How come I wasn’t notified of this?!”

“Because you were too busy eating with that monster Sooyoung!”

“It’s not our fault you hold meeting during our lunch time!”

“Then when should I hold meetings?! At 4 in the morning?!”

“That’s our snack break, unnie” Yoona says nonchalantly, earning another smack on her arm.

“Stop hitting me!”

“Stop being such a crybaby!”

“You started it!”

Jessica groaned in frustration while rubbing her temples. It’s a little over exaggerating if you ask me, but she’s the ice princess, so let’s just keep quiet.

“So unnie… what do you do ‘undercover’?”

“I act as if I’m an ordinary employee”

“So does that mean you’re doing labor?”

“Yes”

“Wow, that’s..something new”

Jessica smacked Yoona’s arm again, causing the latter to groan in pain and throwing a fit.

“If you keep hitting, my arm will break off, and our company will die.”

“And why is that?” Jessica looks like Yoona ridiculously

“Because I’m the one who gets all of the work done” Yoona says coolly, while folding her arms.

Jessica rolled her eyes at the prideful girl.

“Unnie I’m just kidding!” Yoona says while showing her alligator laugh

“Yeah,Yeah”

“Unnie when are you done with all of this?”

“After today I have 3 more days”

“The employees aren’t good huh?”

“Definitely not, they’re all lazy and stuck up except for one”

“Really?”

“Yea and I blame that manager, Park Gyuri”

“Park Gyuri?”

“Yea, do you know her?”

“She sounds awfully familiar, unnie”

“Oh, I have no idea who she is but I want her fired once I become CEO again”

“How bad is she?”

“She’s like Yuri but 100x more arrogant, and lazier”

“She seems like a pain”

“Yea she is”

“Well Unnie, now I know what’s going on. I’m going to continue my evaluation, I’ll see you later!”

Yoona pulled Jessica in for a hug, with the latter returning the favor. What they didn’t notice was a pair of eyes filled with despair looking at them back from the 

store.

Yoona returned into MyJ first with Jessica slowly behind her.  Jessica went back to her station pretending to fold clothes, even where there are no clothes to be 

folded.  That was the #1 rule in MyJ, when you have nothing to do, pretend you have something to do. Jessica was bored and tired, she looked around the store 

and spotted a specific brunette; immediately rushing to the girl.

“Hi Tiff!” Jessica says while greeting Tiffany

“Hey Jess” Tiffany says flatly

Jessica noticing Tiffany’s unusual behavior made the latter worried.

“What’s wrong?” Jessica asked softly

“It’s nothing”

But before Jessica could speak

“I’m gonna finish the work in the back and then head home. I’ll see you later” Tiffany smiles weakly before heading back to the stock room.

Jessica was left alone flabbergasted.

Tiff, what’s wrong with you today?
