"Ahhhh!" Hyemi screamed as soon as she entered Eden Hall, the groceries in her hands spilling to the floor.
Shark tilted his head in confusion from the new face before his attention was quickly taken by the rolling apple. He walked closer to Hyemi, who was in the way of the rolling apple, causing the woman to shriek even louder and dash off to the other end of the hall. She avoided Shark by gluing herself to the walls.
"What in blasphemy is this? Who's dog is this?!? " Hyemi hollered at the top of lungs.
"What's wrong mom? Are you ok!?!" Sehun rushed downstairs, panic written all over his face. Hyemi barely had the strength to point her finger at Shark who was biting away at the apple.
Sehun's gaze landed on Shark and he laughed. "Mom, that's just our new dog! Maisie has been begging for one and she was only willing to adopt one from the shelter. She wouldn't leave the shelter without Shark and I promised her one for Christmas. So here we are now......"
As if on cue, Maisie rushed into the scene with a broom in hand. "What happened? Was there a robber? A ert?! Mom, are you okay!?" Maisie was swinging the broom around. She spared Hyemi a quick glance, but dropped it almost as quickly when she saw Shark biting away at the apple. She cooed at her baby. "Oh my god, Sharkie is so ing cute! Babe, do you see this?!" Maisie swooped Shark into her arms and was about to walk back over to Hyemi.
Hyemi would have fainted if Maisie carried Shark closer to her but her shrieks kept everyone at bay.

"Sang-oh-eee. MY BABY! WHERE ARE YOU???" Hyemi had an apple in hand as she scoured Sehun and Maisie's apartment for the lil pup. Shark was sleeping but perked up when he heard the noise and smelled the apple, rushing out of his bed to greet Hyemi with his tag wailing and constantly trying to jump on her. Hyemi laughed and knelt down in her spot, patting Shark's side to indicate she wanted to give him a belly rub. There was lots of cooing and belly rubs for a good 5 minutes. Shark was needless to say, ecstatic. Hyemi then put Shark's leash on and lured him out the doors of the apartment and then Eden Hall's front door with the apple. She was finally going to succeed-
"Mom??" Hyemi turned to see Sehun with his arms folded.
"Oh hi, my beloved son! What are you doing back so early today???" She tried to stand in front of Shark to mask her agenda.
"If I was any more late, you would have successfuly dognapped Shark!"
"I was just trying to bring Sangeo for a walk in the nearby park! The audacity of this accusation!" Hyemi crossed her arms as well, standing taller and looking more dignified than before when she was creeping out of the apartment.
"Again mom, the dog's name is Shark. You're going to confuse him if you keep calling him by the korean translation. Also, the dog walker walked Shark at 4pm so he doesn't need another one." As Sehun was speaking, he approached his mother and had to wrench Shark's leash out of her hand.
Hyemi relunctantly let go. "A dog walker?!?!? What if they give Shark grapes?! Or chocolate?! Why would you hire a dog walker when I can take care of Shark for free!?" The hurt was written all over Hyemi's face.
Although she was still shrieking because of Shark 4 months later, this time was for all the right reasons.

2nd teaser ft Hyemi & Shark bc I'm still dying to start the story already and wanted to write about these cuties hehe. hope y'all enjoyed it bc who doesn't love some parent x pet interactions right lol. anyways. i have updated the review sheet. teasers for the apps should be out in the next 2 days.
