sorry for the late update! I was busy. Like really busy ^^

                  CHAPTER 23

               " How are you feeling now?" he asked.

" Great." I replied quickly.

He nodded to himself.

Then, the silence.

I looked at the floor.

I didn't want to look at his face.

" D-Don't you.." I started. " Don't you hate me being around you?" I tilted my head.

He backed a step. " Hate you?" he said then he started laughing. " I do hate you. I really do..hate you."

I was so surprised. I knew it.

He sighed. " Okay then, I better get going. I'm wasting my time just being with you."

I turned to him angrily. " YAA. You were the one who took me here! And you said it's wasting your time?!"

" Yeah. It is. Oh, and don't forget after school today, we'll be starting doing the preparations for the event."

" Are you sure this time, Mr.Confident?" I crossed my arms.

He paused before nodding a 'Yeah.'

He then left. Just like that.

For a second there, I thought he changed.

Now I was not sure anymore.

ARGH!

It was raining heavily outside.

I was inside my classroom.

Staring outside the window near my table. Lazy.

I wasn't recovered fully after getting sick yesterday.

I should've rest more. Should've stay more at home..

Wait.

What was I thinking? DooJoon would be my so called 'doctor' if I stayed at home.

No way I was letting that happened again!

The day past so quickly!

The last bell rang and everyone started packing and ran to the front gate.

Except for me and the other volunteers for the winter event.

I should text my mom that I was staying until 8 at school before she freaked out.

I sighed and I took out my cellphone.

Text sent~

I then made my way to the room where school president, Key and his fellow subjects were.

I mean, student council members were.

I walked there like I had the time to myself. Swinging my arms around and made jokes to myself.

I was a happy girl!

Who was I kidding?

I was extrememly lazy. I shouldn't have sign up for this if I knew I would be this tired!

Come to think of it, I didn't even sign up! Key was the one who wrote my name! Ugh.

I reached the meeting room and opened the door.

The room was filled with dark-gloomy atmosphere.

There was a big-oval table in the middle of the room.

The students who were sitting there looked like as if they had been there for days! Like zombies.

They were just exhausted, I guess.

I shrugged and walked in and found an empty seat.

Suddenly, Key walked in with the other student council members.

He saw me and smiled.

I hid my face.

He stopped and sat on the chair at the end of the table.

The other student council members sat down too.

And soon, the meeting started.

I think I was half-asleep.

                         DooJoon watched Gi-Kwang as he packed his books into his bag.

Gi-Kwang finished packing and walked out.

DooJoon turned around to see Gi-Kwang leaving and quickly tried to catch up with him.

L.Joe stopped him though. " Hey man. I was dumped last night." he lied.

DooJoon's attention was at Gi-Kwang leaving.

" Huh? Oh, really?" eyes focused on Gi-Kwang in the hallway.

L.Joe nodded. " I know right. I shouldn't have trust her. I knew it."

Gi-Kwang finally turned to the right where the stairs were.

DooJoon sighed angrily. "chh. I lost him. Wonder where he's going?"

L.Joe slapped DooJoon's head. " Yo. I'm talkin' here."

DooJoon touched his head and looked at L.Joe. "YAA!"

Gi-Kwang was at the school's library.

He was looking through some books about cooking.

He would like to try and cook something.

And gave it to.. his special someone.

                         Finally, the meeting ended. It was about 31 minutes.

That extra 1 minute was for Key's threat.

Ohwell~ who even cares about his threats? I know I didn't!

We started doing the preparations.

We talked about what we needed, how we would decorate the hallway and everything.

I founded that at the end of the to-do list that Key made, there was something to do with a dance.

I looked at him who was busy discussing with the other student council members.

" He had an idea about a dance? I wonder who'll he choose.."

                             I was writing something at a paper when suddenly someone grabbed it away.

I looked up to that 'person'.

It was Key. He sat on the table.

" What are you writing?" he asked as he went through the paper.

Before I could even answer him, he gave it back to me. " This is crap."

I had my mouth wide opened. " Yaa. Can't you mind your own business?"

" Your hand-writing is ugly too. You should change it." he said, pointing at my paper.

I glared at him. " What? You think you're perfect? You're pretty famous in this school, you're cute, and your smile which brightens every girls' heart everytime they see it, and your coolness that every guy doesn't have, and-and plus! You're the school's president. You think you're perfect?"

Key looked at me with a smile. " I think those were compliments, right? Besides, I never said I was perfect. I bet you think I am."

I wanted to strike back, but I was out of words.

" You might win now, Key. I'm not going to let you win again." I mumbled to myself with full of hatred.

There were some whisperings behind me.

" Did it really happen?" the girl said.

" Yeah." her friend replied. " I heard Key kissed her that time."

" What? Now, they're like an item?"

My eyes got wider.

What were they talking about? What kiss?

I tilted my head to look up to Key.

He noticed that. " What?"

I took a deep breathe. " Key. What really happen?"

" 'What' happened what?" he asked again.

" Do you know anything about a kiss?"

That question frozed Key. He didn't say anything.

" I-It's.." he somehow looked lost.

He stood up and fixed his tie. " Shut up. You don't know anything!" he then walked away.

So, Key had kissed someone?

                    DooJoon was running in the hallway, searching for Gi-Kwang.

He wanted to talk to Gi-Kwang about something.

But, as he was running, he crashed onto a girl.

DooJoon helped her got up.

That girl looked at DooJoon and bowed. " I'm sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going."

DooJoon only waved his hand and ran off again.

That girl turned to see DooJoon running in the hallway.

She felt that she had fell for him. " DooJoon..?"
