Myungsoo was inside his office that morning. Feeling weak, he buried his face on his palms. He had told his secretary that he was not to be disturbed and he didn't want to talk to anyone, no matter how important that person is.

He's not going to his office to work or drowned himself to all the responsibilities that he has. Since when he came back from Brisbane three days ago, he hadn't done any work yet. His mind was full of Jiyeon.

The moment he entered the house, he already felt the coldness in there. The maids didn't even want to tell him what happen when he was gone. But with the respect they had on him as their employer they decided to tell him. He learned that Jiyeon went out bringing baggages two days after her brother's funeral. They also told him that his wife ask them not tell him about Jihoon's death since she didn't want to disturb him 
with his work. Since then she haven't come back and whatever he does, he can't do anything about it.

Because he knew what that means. Now that Jihoon is gone, Jiyeon will get the thing she wants the most and that is freeing herself from him.

He didn't want to go home. Every corner of that place is giving him heartaches because it's just reminding him what he had just lost.

Myungsoo groaned from so much pain. Can he still have a normal life after he had experienced being with Jiyeon? He wanted to see her... even for just a moment... even just hearing her voice.

His phone rang disturbing his suffering. Since there was no one else who knew his private number, only his family, he quickly answered it hoping against hope that it's Jiyeon on the other line.

"Hello, Jiyeonah?"

"Hello, Myungsoo. Aigoo, I wish that you were that excited when you're expecting my calls." greeted his Mother on the other line while laughing.

Myungsoo felt like he was a balloon that just lost it's air. "Hi, Omma. What made you call?"

"It's nice to hear your voice too, Son. How are you?"

God, this was not what he needed right now. "I'm fine... Just fine..."

Mrs. Kim stayed silent for a while on the other line. "Myung, what's the matter? Is there a problem?" she ask worriedly.

He release a sighed before answering. "None, Omma. I'm okay."

"Is that so?" she ask doubting. "Okay, fine, if you really didn't want to tell me. How's Jiyeon by the way? I tried to call her on the house but no one knew where she is.
