A Shadow of Snow
Description
What is it that drives them to do what they do, hurt what they hurt, kill what they kill? What motivates men and mosters?
Foreword
Alone I sit on the top of a hill
Thinking of how living in shadows has felt
In the eyes of my victims before they lay still.
All the pain and horror I must have dealt
All I want is to leave the shadows behind
And truly this time I will
Thoughts of light are now on my mind.
And I no longer desire to kill
I'm waiting for the sunrise today
On the cold, lonely hill where I sit
Before the wind blows my ashes away.
Maybe, I'll catch just a glimpse of it
