Chapter 22
This Thing called 'LOVE'"Seungri or should I call Adil(son)? " - Hani's mother questioned.
"Adil will do!" - Seungri shot a 1000 dollar smile.
"Yey! Come lets have breakfast! You must have left really early from Seoul, I bet you are hungry!" - Hani's mother pulled Seungri off his seat and showed him off the restaurant while her dad made his way into the kitchen to cook something delicious for the young boy leaving Hani alone.
Hani stayed glued to her seat, still not over the events which took place half an hour back. Part of her thought that this was all a dream and once she opens her eyes everything would colapse, there wouldn't be any Seungri standing in front of her, just she in her lonely room. The only thing which would greet her once she opens her eyes would be the cold sea breeze.
"Hani-ah??"
The gentle tap on her shoulder pulled her out of her thoughts.
"Oh, Appa." - Hani replied watching her dad take a seat beside her, her mother and Seungri's voice could be faintly heard in the background.
"You like him, don't you?"
Her father's out of the blue question surprised her.
"What!?"
"Yah, I'm your dad. When you were a toodler, just looking at you would be enough for me to know whether you wanted to poop, pee or eat. Just because you have grown up doesn't change the fact that I can still read my daughter's expression. And to top it, you are just like your mother, the way she looks at me is the same way you look at that guy." - her dad said with a gentle smile plastered on his face.
"I don't know, Appa" - Hani mumbled under her breath, she herself didn't know if you could tag the feelings she had towards Seungri as love.
"Then it's time you figure out. I only want the best for my daughter." - Hani's dad ruffled her hair.
"Appa ~" - Hani cooed, tightly hugging her father. She always felt blessed to have parents like them. Even though they weren't perfect in my aspects they were the perfect fit for each other.
"Aaigo aaigo" - Her dad patted her head, a silly smile on his face.
"Oh, whats that smell?" - Hani slowly let go of her dad, sniffing the air.
"Oh no."
In a blink of an eye Hani's dad was already in the kitchen trying to slavage the stituation.
"Over here, this was when she was 11 years old. She was such a chubby kid back then" - Hani's mother giggled as she showed Hani's childhood pictures to Seungri.
"Omma, Customers are waiting downstairs!" - Hani's voice echoed.
"Omo! I totally forgot. Stay here Adil, I'll be right back" - with that said, Hani's mother left Seungri all alone in Hani's room.
Not wanting to lose the golden opportunity of going through the Hani's pictures, Seungri picked out a handful of albums kept in the drawer and made himself comfortable on the bed. The albums spread across the bed and a evident grin on Seungri's face.
