Ok, I know this is weird but in my world having a doppelganger is very common. It was scary at first, and then it became interesting and then became annoying. Like, just a while ago, I saw my look-a-like buying shampoo in a convenience store while I’m on my way here in café, another one ordering a to-go frappe, and this annoying version of me being clingy to Wendy’s version occupying the table beside where I am seated.

Irene waits for another couple of minutes when a sweaty hand smacks on her face, a sign that Kang Seulgi has just arrived, and she’s 10 minutes late.

“You know what? I want to cut your sweaty hands not now but maybe soon.” Joohyun said with a smiling seulgi in front of her.

“What is wrong with you?” Seulgi just asked not really concern about Irene, “Have you ordered ye-“ When Seulgi looked up to the menu board placed on the counter, her eyes caught the Wendy and Irene version being sweet. “Oh, okay. I know what’s wrong. Okay. I get it.”

“Shut up.” Irene said with her clenched jaws, her knuckles are itching to land on Seulgi’s smiling face. “ I thought you are going to order now?” She asked impatiently.

“Irene you better step up your game. Wendy is dense and if she likes someone, we both know she will not make the first move, she’ll just wait until it’s gone” Seulgi said.

“I know. Tell me what I don’t know” Irene said grudgingly

“But, I can see, Wendy’s love is beyond, especially to those idols” Seulgi said while giggling. “She’s ready to sacrifice her soul to them though” Seulgi continued before she cracks up.

“I know.” Irene said dejectedly

“Oh you can do it unnie, but for now, you need to treat me a milk tea, just what you promised this morning.” Seulgi got up from her seat and made her way to the counter, she ordered after she said ‘hi’ to her version who was assigned in as the cashier.
