'My day is not complete if I don't tell you I love you.'

Mingyu stood in front of a grave, which showed a photo and the name of the girl to whom he once gave his heart. He knelt down and placed a bouquet of lily in front of it, before letting out a sigh. Time flew and it had came to a chill mid-February, where it was a period for the winter to end and the flowers to bloom again. The wintry sun was the brightness of the day, taking centre stage as the blooms of the summertime became a part of the soil. Mingyu stared at the photo, while those memories came flooding in his mind.

"Boo! Guess who am I?" A pair of delicate hands brushed through his shoulders and covered his eyes. Mingyu smiled, immediately knowing who was it. He gently removed her hands and turned around to face her. "Have you eaten?"

She shook her head. "Was waiting for you to have some tea with me. Hey, I heard there's a new cafe across the street. Google shows five out of five!" Mingyu ran his fingers through her honey brown hair then kissed her on her forehead.

The girl giggled while fixing his clothes. "Mingyu yah, are you going to make me your wife?" He didn't say anything, merely pulling her into his embrace.

How could a place be so full and empty at the same time? All around were the tombstones with their faded etching, a roll-call for the people who could not answer. The graveyard was full; full of stone, moss, yew trees and the decaying remnants of bone and flesh. But it was empty. There was no one but him. The ground was covered with snow, looking like an unfinished painting. So much of the canvas was still perfectly white, as if waiting for the artist's hand to return. The winter wind howled through and bit at his frozen skin. The sky was clear now, a perfect uninterrupted blue, and the sun managed to shine through the clouds, warming up the chill atmosphere.

"Thank you so much..."

Word by word, Mingyu slowly uttered.

"...Yeoreum."

The general hospital was greeted with the siren of an ambulance, sending in two girls covered with blood. "We are currently needing type A blood!" The paramedic shouted into the blood bank, hoping whoever inside to get back to him.

Nurses gathered around to help the staffs to send them into the emergency surgery room. Very soon they closed the door and the sign lighted up.

Mingyu arrived and went to ask the nurses about their conditions. He was obviously very panic, with beads of sweat forming around his forehead. The nurses explained everything and asked him to wait.

He couldn't sit still. He kept on pacing back and forth in front of the emergency room. As long as the word 'surgery' was still lit, he had no idea how to calm himself down.

Seconds felt like years. For him each second was just literally torning him apart. "Chaeyoon..." He could only mumble her name as tears came out of his eyes. Just imagine your beloved one lying in there, still wouldn't know if the poor life could be saved.

Chaeyoon was indeed seriously injured. But what happened to Yeoreum that caused her to be hospitalized as well?

Seconds later as Yeoreum knocked Chaeyoon down, the second car came to an emergency brake, then there was a third truck driving at a speed faster than usual, in which the driver couldn't manage to slow down.

And what happened next? A massive car crash.

The surgery ended finally, followed by sending both of them to critical ward. But why critical? Even though their conditions have stabilized, doctors couldn't promise if they could wake up again. Days passed and they were still lying on the bed. Mingyu was the one who paid a visit almost every day, but eventually returned home with disppointment.

The girl was lying on the bed next to Chaeyoon, but she was the first one to open her eyes. Obviously she was less injured. Looking up from the corner of the cell, she tried to steady herself trying to comprehend what was going on around her and where she was. She looked around the room and it was completely empty, except from some brown barrels next to her. She lay in the curtained cubical examining the polystyrene tiled ceiling. There was nothing else to look at. Tubes and pipes were all over her body, and she could hear a familiar voice.

"Hey, Chaeyoon. It's me again." She looked towards the left and saw Mingyu, but she didn't move, merely looking at the husband talking to his wife. "And you're still sleeping today. It has been deadly fifteen days for me." He hold her hand and rested his forehead on her palm.

Yeoreum was lying still. She watched as he stood up and left the room. Letting out a sigh, sprinkles of memories flashed throughout her mind. How she wished she never meet him in the first place.

Only if she never fell in love with him.

She always thought she was strong, not until she came across their relationship and be the third wheel in other people's eyes. Her eyes shifted to the side again and became glazed with a glassy layer of tears. As she blinked, they dripped from her eyelids and slid towards her ears. She bit her lip tightly in attempt to hide any sob. Her lower lip quivered as words slowly made their way out of . "Chaeyoon, I'm sorry. I hope you will be happy from now on..."

Slowly her hand moves towards the oxygen tube before pulling them away from her, then her ECG began to fluctuate.

As she let out her very last breath, she managed to smile.

"Hey, little Cheol, come to uncle~!" Jeonghan was sitting on the floor, playing with a 7 month-old child. He had big round eyes, just like his dad, and apple cheeks like his mom. "Hah, now you call yourself an uncle ehh?" The child's father went beside him and handed him a glass of apple juice.

"You've upgraded, I can't help but to follow." The pretty guy rolled his eyes. "By the way I'm still waiting for little Jamie."

"This little fella is enough for us." The mother walked to them from upstairs. "I can't imagine if there are two."

"It would be cute bustle all the way!" Seungkwan raised his hands up hig
