FINAL

Once Eun Joo opens her eyes, she’s at a different place already. She looks around and they are already somewhere up a hill where Eun Joo could see the city from below. The wind also feels extra colder and she knows that Leo’s with her. “Am I really destined to die? Did someone turn back the time – ” she turns her head and to her surprise, she’s looking at Baekhyun instead of Leo.

Her heart drop as her eyes are on Baekhyun’s who is standing beside her, eyes soft and she can’t help but to feel that her insides are melting, knees are getting weak and suddenly she feels like she’s been longing for him for a very long time now. “Who are you?” That question hurt Baekhyun more than anything.

Baekhyun’s expression changes as he quickly reaches for her. Eun Joo wasn’t able to protest or move when Baekhyun pulls her in for a longing and tight hug. Half of her face is pressed against his broad shoulder and without even realizing it, tears starts to roll down her cheeks. “Who are you, really? Please answer me.” But she can’t even push him away. She feels very comfortable in Baekhyun’s arms. Like she know him for so long now that in his arms she feels like home. “Answer me, answer me please.” Her voice trembles as she repeats her words.

Baekhyun only tightens his arms around her slightly trembling body. “You can’t remember me? I told you, not to forget, right? I’m…your Baekhyun.”

When Eun Joo opens her eyes, she catches her breath and she notices that they are at the lake where Baekhyun brought her before and she’s in Baekhyun’s arms.

The lad slowly let her settle down the green grass and Eun Joo just noticed that Baekhyun’s almost disappearing. With a sweet loving smile on his lips, he reaches to cup Eun Joo’s cheeks with both of his hands. He slowly reaches and he tilts his head, letting his lips touch hers while he still can. “It’s okay…it’s okay now, Eun Joo. I’m so sorry for being for selfish. Getting you through this all over again.” He mumbles shakily against her lips and he slowly pulls away.

Eun Joo’s tears keeps on rolling down her cheeks and she just can’t seem to stop crying. “Stop saying sorry, please.” She mumbles and she holds onto Baekhyun’s shirt, she reaches for his arm that is slowly getting blurry. She swallows hard as she pretends that she still doesn’t remember him in order to prolong him from disappearing. “What’s happening? Why…why are your arms are like this? I…I think I need to get my eyes checked, my eyes are getting blurry already.” She chuckles.

Baekhyun smiles, “You still have the cutest and sweetest chuckle.” He swallows hard, keeping the latte
