Baekhyun arrives at Eun Joo’s apartment and notices the bills on the after entering inside her small apartment. Bills from utilities and a bill from her rent. After walking further inside the room, the door closes while he continues to stare at the bills scattered on the floor. *Is she having a hard time again?*

Baekhyun walks straight to the bed, gently laying Eun Joo down and putting a blanket over her body. He stares at her and he takes her shoes off before picking up the bills and puts it on top of the small wooden coffee table at the center. The young demon looks around the familiar place and it feels so nostalgic. 

He takes a chair and pulls it towards Eun Joo’s bed and he settles down on it. Baekhyun affectionately brushes some of her stray hair away from her face and letting his fingers brush against her cheek.

*Am I dreaming?* Eun Joo thought. She’s too tired and dizzy to even open her eyes but she could feel someone touching her cheek. That feathery touch and she tries leaning in against his touch, wanting to feel his familiar warmth.

Baekhyun notices her leaning in so he slowly spreads her fingers, gently cupping her cheek and his chest warms up imperatively that a small smile forms his lips.

He misses her so bad that it’s making it harder for him each day. It’s killing him. Baekhyun brushes his thumb over her cheekbone and leans in, letting his lips touch her forehead. “This is the best way I could think of, Eun Joo. This is the best way that I could still be with you for a long time and I promise that no one will hurt you again. I know I’m too selfish. Because I want you again. I will do everything so you wouldn’t be the seventh demon and so I could be with you. Even if you don’t know that I
