INTRODUCTION

1. You will hear familiar terms like Suzakku, Seiryuu, Genbu and Byakko, better known as the four protecting Gods.

2. Because this story is based on the modern world, these clans are disguised as families who produce a lot of important figures like famous politicians and businessman. They have close relationship with the government. There is no fantasy element, just families worshipping the four Gods.

3. The Water Dragon is Seiryuu. Phoenix is Suzakku the Flame. Turtle/tortoise is Genbu the Shield. White tiger is Byakko. 

4. The surname Yoon belongs to Seiryuu. The surname Kim to Genbu. Byun to Byakko and Wu to Suzakku.

5. The leader of Seiryuu is the youngest daughter of the family, while the other three clans prefer male leaders (Byakko to the eldest and Suzakku to the youngest. Genbu based their judgement on capability).

6. The present leader of Seiryuu is Yoon Sena. Her left hand and right hand are Kim Jongin and Oh Sehun.

7. Seiryuu's main business is timber. Suzakku's main profit comes from steel and mining, Byakko from weapon production and politic, and Genbu from technology research and design, and hospitality industry (-hospital, hotels, tourism board).

8. The hierarchy of each clan is as followed: The Priest/Priestess/Leader - The Two Protectors/Warriors - The Elders - The Councils made up of leaders from the branch families - Commoners

9. These clans practice dictatorships and absolute obedience.

10. It's all business and very old families based on Chinese mythology.

11. Book of Dawns is the guideline for the Seiryuu clan. Book of Aurora for the protectors and Elites, and Book of Lunar Eclipse for the general guideline of four clans.
