The sound of clashing class echoed all over the room. I sat on the floor, legs and arms bleeding slightly as my 'mother' threw the glass cup at me.

"I said red wine you insolent child" she screeched with her horrible, high pitched voice.

I stood up shakily and bowed down to her. Apologizing immediately, I rushed to the kitchen to get another bottle of red wine. I passed my father and he rolled her eyes at me and brushed past me, as if my existence was just a shadow. I sighed as I looked at my bruised legs and immediately rushed back to the dining room when I heard my 'sister' starting to count down.

I placed the glass immediately on the table, only to receive a slap from my 'mother'.
