There's a feeling that wells up, from the pit of his stomach to the back of his throat, whenever he sees Chansung smile at her. It is not a good feeling.

Even though Nichkhun has known Chansung longer and done more with him, has been physically closer than she has and knows more about him than she does, it hurts that Chansung looks at her and sees possibilities with her that he will never see with Nichkhun. It hurts that Chansung will never want those things with Nichkhun.

He hates himself even more for being so ing petty about it. Especially when it's just a stupid school-yard crush and they're not even really together. Also, she's nineteen and Nichkhun's about to graduate, which means Nichkhun is trying to compete with someone who is four years younger than him and it's so pathetic he could cry.
