MARK’S POV

What is he saying right now?

I looked at him and my heart started to beat faster than before.

“Are you nuts? Give me back my sketchbook!” I said.

He stepped closer and closer. He’s really close to me that I could already feel his breath. The warmness of his breath could melt me. He never bothered to look away from me.

“First, I’m not nuts. Second, I’m Park Jin Young. And Third, do you even miss me?”

He sounds so serious. Why would I miss him when I just met him today?

“I-“

He cut me off and brought me into a deep hug. Jin Young hugging me feels like I’m protected. I’ve never felt like this before. I could feel tears forming into my eyes. And the time had come that I couldn’t even stop my tears from falling down.

“Are you crying?” he asked.

He was still hugging me and I tried pushing him away.

“No I’m not, let go of me please. Just let go.” I begged him while trying to lessen my sobs.

He didn’t respond and just hugged me tighter.

Few seconds later, he pulled away and looked me in the eye.

“I know you don’t even remember me, but please don’t cry because it pains me right now.” He said.

I stared at him and I feel really different right now.

He pulled out something from his pocket.

“Here take both of this.” He said while handing me back my sketchbook with a pink handkerchief on top of it.

“Take it and wipe away your tears” he looked so eager to hand me that handkerchief.

I took it and he ran off.

I watched him running away. Looking at him brings back memories. It feels like this happened before like someone has left me.

Tears were just falling and falling.

I looked at the handkerchief he gave me and stared at the pink color. I like this color. I wiped my cheeks with the handkerchief and someone tapped me on the back.
