  Lee Ya Na   "Whatever you're saying , you still have the biggest space in my heart" I said sincerely.    Silent.   "Are you sure?" how dare he doubting my feelings towards him. I had enough with accusations so I cry silently.   “For your information , there’s no more space of you in my heart” how could he said that to me?   "Get out from my house"    "Woohyun-ah" is he mad at me until that extent?    "Tomorrow's morning you can leave before Minguk sees you" with the last sentence he left me alone.   Kring Kring Kring Kring   I don't have any mood to answer the phone call but after I knew it's from my sister…   "Yes, unnie" I wipe my tears and cleared my throat.   "Are you okay?" she asked me.My sister is not here anymore so who is going to hug me and comfort me?   "Yes, I'm okay" I lied. Tonight's incident is too much for me to handle.   "Good then...how's life?" she asks me. I'm happy for her as I can hear happiness in her voice.   "Good,everything was good" I can feel she's smiling when she heard that.   "Where's Woohyun and Minguk? The house was so silent"    "Oh, they went slept already. They must be tired after playing around just now" I lied again. I rather do this continuously rather than knowing that my sister would felt worry about me.   "I see"   "How about you?" it’s time for me to ask her back.   "It's much much much better . Even Minjoo can't be separated from her father now" I'm glad to hear that.   "I'm happy for you" I told her.   "Thank you and Ya Na-shi, just told me anything if you want to. I'm ready to hear" she is indeed my sister as if she know I'm really having a hard time right now.   "I will" +++   The clock shows 6am right now so I prepared breakfast for Woohyun and Minguk. Even though I know there will be less than 1 hour before I leave but I won't forget my duty as a fake mother.   After that, I grab my coat then pull my luggage slowly so that I won't produce any sounds that may wake them up. Before that, I peck Minguk on his cheek for about 5 seconds because I know I'm going to miss him so much and lollipop that he gave me yesterday, I hold it tight.   "You're leaving?" Woohyun popped out from nowhere suddenly asking about me.   "This is what you want right?" I told him and I can tell his gaze is much more softer than yesterday's night.   Ding Dong   Someone is coming and I'm curious about who it is as it's too early for this house to receive a guest. The moment I slide the door, I smell a strong essence of perfume and I know the guest is a woman.   "Hi!! " Ra Hee greet me in English but I didn't greet her back. So, this is the reason why Woohyun kicked me out from this house? I felt hurt deeply inside but when I think back , from today onwards , Minguk should be with his real mother and I can stop deceiving people about my status.   "Oh,you're not get out from this house yet?" she ask me in sarcastic voice and then she bumps my shoulder slumberly . I have to get out from here soon as I'm afraid I might change my mind.   "Welcome home Kang Ra Hee" I said to her. Before I left the house, I give some reminders to the newcomer.   "Ra Hee-shi," I sigh. I'm not ready to leave this house yet.   "Mingukkie, can't eat eggs and any food that contains eggs should be avoided. Then, strawberry or banana is a must for him for breakfast. Next..."    "Ya Na, Minguk might be woke up.." Woohyun cuts me but I have to continue what I have to say.   "Next, Minguk is afraid of storms and lightning, so you must hug and comfort him whenever he feels scared" I have to tell this so that Ra Hee know something about Minguk.   "Then, morning kiss is a must for him so after Woohyun kiss him, you should kiss him too. Since, Minguk don't like to hear bedtime stories anymore, you should sing for him every night and that's Woohyun job but sometimes he wants you to do it" I explained briefly to Ra Hee and I smile a little when I remembered he once asked me to sing ballad songs for him.    "I think that's all about Minguk, while Woohyun…..” I look him through his eyes but he avoided my gaze , “ …… he can't eat spicy food.." I feel nervous when I have to talk about him. Suddenly I remember the first time I served him my cooked , he’s got diarrhea and forced to enter toilet for more than three times.   "He..." I sigh again.   "He needs to eat food that contained calcium adequately so that recovery time of his wrist will be shorter and salty , sugary and caffeinated drinks should be avoided..."   "Stop it..I know all that " Ra Hee cuts me.   "Even though you know all of that but can you promise to not leave them like you did past 6 years?"    Silent.   "Then, don't say anything that you have said to him before because he hates repetitive" yeah it's true, he's once mad at me because I like to say something I had say to him and he finds it annoying.   "Lee Ya Na, stop it" Ra Hee cuts me again.   "Please wake him up if you find him sleeping on the floor without any mattress because he might hurt his back for the next morning" I told her more because at least someone can take care of him when he's not in front of my eyes.   "He likes someone cheered for him and 'hwaiting' is his favourite word" I smile to myself.   "I don't want to hear this anymore" Woohyun interfered   "If he feel sad or down...." I stop talking as I don't want Ra Hee to know about this.   "Nothing" it's time for me to go.   "Woohyun-shi, thank you for letting me stay here until today and the most important thing is the memories that we build here together ..I won't forget it" I slightly bow to them and pull my luggage. I do not know that my last goodbye is celebrated with full of angriness from someone that I love.   "If he feel sad or down, hug him tightly and said 'it's okay to cry because the sky does it too' " I murmured to myself as I started to reminisce the past..   Flashback   "Hey, what happened?" Woohyun ask me and then I hastily wipe my tears at the kitchen. I'm so sad today as one of my favorite patient died because of scarlet fever. Before this , Ju Ri and now Min Seok. I'm on leave now so I didn't know anything about his recent conditions.   "Nothing" I lied.   "If it's nothing you wouldn't cry like this" he said as he hugs me tightly. How can I feel so comfortable and safe in Woohyun's embraces ?   "One of my patient , Ahn Min Seok died today and I feel so sad as I can't say goodbye to him" I told him and cried even more.   "It's not your fault" he pat my back.   "I'm sorry as I can't control my feelings right now"   "Ya Na- shi ,it's okay to cry because the sky does it too" because of him I'm being able to calm down my feelings.   "I like that quotes" I said to him with sobbing voices and then release his hug.   "Thank you..my mother gave me and it helps me a lot especially those time where I had to take care of Minguk alone" he told me and I know his life is full of quotes.   "So, can I use it to comfort you?" I ask him and he say,   "I would be more than happy" thanks to Woohyun that he can makes me smile again.   End of flashback   "Ya Na-shi" someone calls me and I put Minguk’s lollipop back into my pocket.   "Oh, Myung Soo shi" I'm surprised when I see him at the hospital's cafeteria.   "Let's breakfast" he showed me two breakfast boxes.    I smile.     Nam Woo Hyun   "He likes someone cheered for him and 'hwaiting' is his favourite word" I have to stop this as it makes hard for me let her go.   "I don't want to hear this anymore" I said in monotone voice.   "If he feel sad or down...." she stopped. I stare at her but she looks down instead. My heart races as I want to know what she's been thinking about.   "Nothing" she said and then she adds.   "Woohyun-shi, thank you for letting me stay here until today and the most important thing is the memories that we build here together ..I won't forget it" I step forward to stop her but it's too late as Ra Hee grab my hands while saying   "Minguk or Ya Na" of course I have to choose Minguk.   "Omma!!!!" I heard Minguk is crying loudly so I promptly go to his rooms and seeing he cried on the mattress. I'm sure he's experience a bad dream just now so that's why I hug him tightly.   "It's okay, I'm here" I pat his back and he become calmer and calmer.   "What are you dreaming of?" I ask him whose still in my embraces.   "I dream of mom left me alone" how can he dreams of something that is reality ?   "Your mom is here, she will not leave you....again" I know Ra Hee is watching and I want her to know that. 

 

+++   "Appa, who is..." Minguk ask me about Ra Hee as we're having breakfast right now.  . "Minguk-ah, this is.." Minguk stare at Ra Hee blankly. Should I say the truth?    "This is your mother" I said in monotone voices.   "Mother? I already have one mother and her name is Lee Ya Na" he said as he feed a slice of banana.Arghh I know this will be hard for him and what should I tell him though.   "Lee Ya Na is not your real mother and she..  Kang Ra Hee is your real mom" he looks confused when I try to tell him the truth.   "No, my mother is Lee Ya Na. Why I have so many mother?" I'm speechless.   "Minguk-ah, I'm your real mother..she is your fake..."   "Lee Ya Na is your real mother" I cut Ra Hee. What I did is not right as Minguk can't understand about it yet. So, I can't create any confusion to him .   "This is my friend you can call her Ra Hee noona" I add.   "Oh, arasseo..appa you can't lie to me .." Minguk greet her and Ra Hee don't have any other choices other than keep along with the acting.   Am I going to stay like this forever?

Lee Sung Yeol     "Sir, you can't bring Tae Young back!!!" Ya Na stopped a man from carrying Tae Young out of his wards.   "Go away!!!I'm his father so it's up to me to make him stays here or not!!" he said while push  Ya Na's hard and she almost fall down but other doctors try to help her.   "Sir, Tae Young need adequate treatment here..so he can't go anywhere" I said as I try to get Tae Young back from the the father but he insists.   "No!!" without leaving any choice, all of us surround the father so that he can't go anywhere.   "Appa, it's hurt" Tae Young cried as he hold his stomach.   "Sir!!!"  Kyungjae and I grab Taeyoung's father hand while Sa Ra and me get Taeyoung from his father.   "Yah!!I'm older than you!! You can't do like this!!" he struggle as I did hand block to him.   "Taeyoung-ah...." I saw Ya Na said his name as she check his pulse.   "Fine, I'll let him stay here" the father said as he panting hard after fighting with me and due to pity I released him.   "I'll let him stay here but after I died!" he said while pointing out a knife. All doctors bewildered by his actions to injure anyone of us. Taeyoung is fainted at his school last two days and unfortunately no guidance comes to visit until today. Then Mr.Oh claimed that Taeyoung is his son and he has to bring him back to their house but we insists since Taeyoung still weak and need adequate treatment. His actions by bringing out knife are shocking for us and we believed he is under drugs.   "Sir, put your knife down, we can discuss this" I tried to negotiate but Mr.Oh pointing out knife randomly and hastily.   "No!Don't come here!" he said as he approach us and threaten to stab us but Ya Na didn't budge. She continue to treat Taeyoung as some of suture were open and bleed so she have to prevent bacteria spread at the scar.   Then,in a second , he pushed Ya Na hard and she fall on the ground while saying,   "Go away!!"    "Dr.Lee!!" other doctors help her to stand and then refuse to give up she save Taeyoung by push Mr.Oh forcefully and she said she was sorry.   "You rascal!!" he stand back and try to stab Ya Na but my intentions to save Ya Na from it , failed as he's faster than me in one second.   "Arghhh" she gasps the moment a knife buried deep at her stomach and starts to bleed.   "Dr.Lee!!!'"  +++     We're at our office, currently awaiting news for Ya Na's condition. The accident left big impact to us as even hospital is not safe for us anymore. Nurse Jin said , she contacted Ya Na's husband already and maybe he will comes later. Mr.Oh was brought to the police station for further investigations.   "I'm so proud of Dr.Lee as she's so determined to save Tae Young's life even though Mr.Oh started to pointing out knife" Dr.Jung said and I agreed.   "I know right" all of us agreed. Then, the automatic door open showed our chief department Dr.Yoon and Dr.Cho. So, we bow immediately and I'm so nervous to know Ya Na's condition.   "Dr.Lee is stable and don't worry about it so much" we felt relieved and then she adds,   "Luckily, the knife didn't reach her important organs but still she needs some rest" we nods.    "You can visit her later as her friend is currently visit her at the special ward" Dr.Cho said and reply,   "Ne" but I want to visit her now.

 

+++     As I reach the award I saw a guy sit beside Ya Na, back facing me and I'm certain that he's too thin to be Nam Woo Hyun. Is that the guy than gives Ya Na a present last few months? Where is Woohyun? I don't think he needs three hours to come here.  Then, I took out a phone and call a number.   "Hello" I like you Woohyun but sometimes I didn't like to see you are happier than me and I'm sorry Ya Na as I make everything hards for you.   "Yes? Who speaking?" he asks me.   "Woohyun-ah" actually, I got Woohyun's number from Ya Na.   "Sungyeol-shi?" he guessed my right name.   "Yes I am . Where are you?" I ask him.   "Home" home? Seriously ? Are they fight ?   "Home???"    "Yes, what's so shocking about that?" he asked me back.   "How can you let your wife lovey dovey with other man in the hospital " the reason I told him this so that he knew who is Ya Na exactly. She's a two timer women.   "If I become you I'll come to the hospital right away" I think my plan to see Woohyun a little suffered going to work.   Kim Myung Soo   "Why ? What happened ?" I ask Ya Na soon as she hang up her phone.   "There is something happen at the ward . I have to go now ! I'm sorry Myung Soo-shi " she said to me and I reply   "It's okay ...I'll wait for you here " I said and then she left me alone there. Loving someone who is works as doctor really tiring but it's worth it.   Kring Kring Kring   "Hello" I pick up my mother phone call.   "Where are you?" she asks me and I won't tell her the truth. So, I ask her different question instead.   "What's the matter ?" I ask her.   "Your father is in the hospital now ! He's collapsed during the meeting"  is this because of his heart diseases ? I have to tell Ya Na that I can't wait her here.   "But that's not so important" I stop my track. What did she meant ?   "Our family lawyer will come later and he's going to change the will so you better come " she told me. For past three days, I have made my mind that I'm going to fight for company's position. This is because Ya Na loves someone that has position as Woohyun has.   "Okay, I'll be there in any minute" I told her. As I walk through the hospital alley, I found somethig chaos happened which I don't know what. Suddenly
