Jisoo and Junghan had been living together for two years now. They decided not to live together until they had finished their degrees and found a stable job. So once they had their perfect job and enough money saved they looked for an apartment for the both of them. They bought one near the center of the city, to make it easier in case they had to take the train or the bus to their jobs.

Jisoo worked in a very important lab enterprise as a biologist, researching new techniques of vegetable reproduction to help improve the business of the company, which was specializing in huge growths of specific natural vegetables and fruits.

Junghan, on the other hand, worked in a hospital, as a psychologist. He was one of the most loved psychologists in that hospital, which was the most important one of the city, there were 7 other psychologist in his department, but he was the one with the most patients, and he felt so great about that.  He had also graduated in a PhD in Psychology, which made him Doctor Yoon Junghan. So together they became pretty wealthy, since both of their jobs provided amazing salaries.

Jisoo’s parents still lived in the U.S., but finally they seemed ok with his thing with Junghan, since they saw they were already living together. They visited them at least once a year and Jisoo thanked them for that because he still loved them, no matter what they did to him in his teen ages. They couldn’t deny they were happy for their son. He looked happy, healthy and safe, and that was what mattered the most for them.

The times they stayed with them (they had a guest room in their apartment) they loved the way Junghan treated them, despite all they made him go through. He treated them with love and respect, as if they were their own parents. Jisoo’s dad hated that he was so perfect for Jisoo because he was a man, but he couldn’t help but fall for his charms as well as his wife.

But of course they weren’t always going to Korea to see his son, sometimes they would tell the couple to travel to the U.S. to spend some time there, and they went there whenever they had time off from work, and they stayed with Jisoo’s parents.

Thanks to their trips to America Junghan had been able to improve his English skills, but it was good already, since he had to learn it in order to finish the degree in Psychology, and Jisoo had helped him to get the best English level possible.

Their guest room had also become the room for their friends to crash in when they got into a fight with their partners. They had Wonwoo over quite a few times already, and Jisoo and Junghan were pretty worried about the couple, since they seemed to fight a lot over stupid things, they also had Soonyoung over a few times. Seungkwan came over a few times too when he broke up with his girlfriend or when he was feeling lonely. The only one they hadn’t had over yet was Jihoon, who had found his soulmate while he was in university and now were living together happily ever after.

And you might be thinking, don’t they fight? And to be honest, they didn’t. Junghan had stablished a healthy communicating system between the two. Whenever he needed to tell him something he did, not holding back anything, because their relationship was based in trust, love and respect. And that made Jisoo say anything that bothered him about Junghan or a situation they might be in, and Junghan thanked him for doing so because that meant they wouldn’t fight at all. Also, they knew each other too well to do something they knew the other couldn’t stand, so they avoided that.

Jisoo was at home now, dinner was served but Junghan hadn’t got home yet. Still he waited for him, sometimes his day at work would be longer because of the patients and their problems at last minute. Junghan wasn’t allowed to tell Jisoo anything because it was something confidential, but Jisoo understood he couldn’t say anything, so he didn’t ask about that, and Junghan would try to tell him as much as possible without saying too much.

After checking the time for the 10th time now, 10:27 pm, Jisoo heard the front door open and a beep from the correct password of the lock. The door closed and he heard Junghan sigh and take off his shoes. Jisoo smiled to himself and he was suddenly very excited to see him.

Junghan hadn’t changed his long-haired look in all these years. There was one time he was really tempted to cut his hair short, but at the last moment he backed out and he didn’t. Of course he trimmed the ends and never let his hair grow longer than his shoulders. He dyed it from time to time, sometimes he let it be his natural black color, some other times he would dye it brown, blonde, red, etc. Now it was brown, the same color he had when they met for the first time in high school.

Junghan was so tired. It had been a long day at work. All his patients decided to have a crisis and all of them asked for him, making him stay for long hours in his office, talking to them, helping them. Then at the hospital came a really bad injured man in the ER and his wife and two kids. Sadly the man died and the woman was in such bad state that the head psychologist called Junghan to attend her personally, and he had stayed with her and her children until a few minutes ago. But he had a job-home policy. He wouldn’t let his work related problems alter his private life, so as soon as he stepped into their apartment he forgot all about work. He smelled the homey scent that surrounded their apartment and the smell of freshly cooked food by Hong Jisoo, which was the best food in the world. He sighed and smiled to himself as he took off his shoes and coat and left them at the entrance of their house. He walked in and went straight to the living/dining room, where Jisoo was.

Jisoo stood from the sofa and walked to greet Junghan. When he was close enough to Jisoo he let himself drop to his chest, closing his eyes and wrapping his arms around his lover’s torso.

“Tough day, uh?” Jisoo said hugging him back and kissing his temple.

“Yeah” Junghan sighed and he moved his head enough for their lips to meet “How was work for you?”

“It was good” Jisoo said “A new girl came in today”

“Hmm? Is she good?” Junghan asked him, looking at Jisoo.

“Yeah, she’s pretty good, I’m her mentor” Jisoo said proudly “I feel so important”

“You are important” Junghan said and Jisoo smiled “You’ll see, next year you’ll be head of your department”

“I hope so” Jisoo said and Junghan kissed him again.

“What’s for dinner?” Junghan asked turning to the table.

“Fresh tomatoes with some mozzarella and grilled fish with roasted vegetables” Jisoo explained and Junghan looked at him with wide eyes.

“You’re the best boyfriend in the world” Junghan said and Jisoo laughed.

“Thank you” Jisoo nodded “Go, eat”

“I’m starving” Junghan said and he sat on his usual place.

Jisoo poured some water into his glass and to his as well. Then, when he was about to sit down as well he held a finger and ran to the kitchen.

“Where are you going?” Junghan asked him surprised and when he saw Jisoo come back with a bottle of wine and two wine glasses he smiled “What’s the occasion?”

“I just felt like having a fancy meal with you” Jisoo admitted and Junghan brought him closer by tugging his jean pocket, asking for a kiss that he got right away.

“You spoil me too much” Junghan said and Jisoo sat down on his chair and shrugged.

He put the wine glasses down and opened the bottle. He poured wine for the both of them and gave one of the glasses to Junghan. They made a small toast, bringing their glasses together.

“I don’t have anyone else to spoil” Jisoo said “And, to be honest, I don’t want to spoil anyone else, just you”

“You’re making me blush” Junghan joked and Jisoo chuckled.

“Try the food, tell me what you think”

Junghan obeyed and when he tried the fish and the vegetables he felt like crying. Everything tasted like heaven. He closed his eyes with pleasure and Jisoo smiled. He took a bite of his food as well, after seeing Junghan’s reaction.

“You’re the best cook I know” Junghan said.

“Have you met yourself?” Jisoo asked and Junghan laughed.

“There was a time when I was a better cook than you, but not anymore, you’ve outstood yourself”

“Thanks” Jisoo smiled.

During the rest of their meal they talked about their day at work. Jisoo told him about his full day, some anecdotes that happened during the day, and how his boss let him know he was going to become the new girl’s mentor. Then Junghan told him as much as he could about his job, and Jisoo listened carefully and he tried not to ask too many questions, because he knew Junghan wasn’t allowed to tell him.

“And then, when I was going out of the hospital, this crazy man skipped the red light and almost killed me and a couple of doctors as well, seriously people in this city need to learn how to drive properly” Junghan said and Jisoo chuckled. He took Junghan’s hand, since they were both done eating.

“Let’s get married” Jisoo said suddenly and Junghan’s eyes widened so much they were about to pop out of their orbits. Then, after a few seconds of shock, because he was not expecting that, he closed his eyes and breathed deeply. Jisoo was starting to panic until Junghan smiled and opened his eyes.

“Ok” Junghan said.

“Seriously? Will you marry me?” Jisoo asked shocked.

“Yes, of course I will” Junghan said softly as he nodded.

“Wow…” Jisoo said and he laughed nervously.

Junghan stood up from his seat and made Jisoo stand up as well, kissing him as soon as they were in the same eye level.

“I don’t even have any rings, I wasn’t expecting to ask you or even for you to say yes” Jisoo admitted and Junghan laughed.

“Don’t worry about that, we’ll go this Saturday to get them together” Junghan said and he kissed him again “And believe me, if you had asked me 7 years ago to marry you, I would’ve said yes without thinking it twice”

“I love you so much” Jisoo said.

“I love you too” Junghan replied.

Junghan brought Jisoo closer by the waist and kissed him passionately, his fingers slowly creeping under Jisoo’s shirt touching his bare skin. Jisoo’s hands went up to Junghan’s nape, then he wrapped his arms around his neck bringing him even closer. He nibbled his bottom lip making Junghan moan weakly. Jisoo smiled into the kiss making Junghan pull away, smiling as well.

“You make me feel like I’m 18 all over again” Junghan said and Jisoo chuckled.

“Is that a good or a bad thing?” Jisoo asked.

“It’s a good thing, of course. We were 18 when we fell in love, and making me feel like that is like falling in love with you all over again” Junghan said softly and Jisoo’s knees went weak. He loved him so much.

“I’m so lucky to have you, seriously” Jisoo admitted.

“Shut up” Junghan blushed and Jisoo kissed him again.

“We’re going to have so much tonight you can’t even imagine” Jisoo said and Junghan laughed.

“I’m looking forward to it” Junghan smirked and he kissed Jisoo once again.

They cleaned up the kitchen and the dining table quickly so that they had as much time together being lovey-dovey as possible. When they were done, both of them changed into their pajamas and brushed their teeth and cleaned their faces. Then they headed to their comfy sofa, and cuddled there as they watched a movie on TV.

Junghan was spooning Jisoo and he had his hand teasing Jisoo’s pajama’s waist band. Jisoo couldn’t help but smile at that action, loving the way Junghan was telling him he wanted him there and at that moment. Then he chuckled when Junghan kissed his neck.

“Just do it, I’m all yours” Jisoo said and Junghan laughed.

Jisoo turned his head a bit to kiss Junghan as the later sneaked his hand under Jisoo’s bottoms, him. Junghan ended up on top of Jisoo, kissing the later and Jisoo taking off Junghan’s t-shirt. Soon enough they were both and Jisoo was introducing himself into Junghan as Junghan held onto Jisoo’s shoulders tightly.

Jisoo pressed their chests together and Junghan hugged Jisoo as they quickened the pace. Then Jisoo lied Junghan down on the sofa and towered over him earning kisses from the one in the bottom, and Jisoo of course welcomed them all, and he lowered himself a bit to allow Junghan to leave kisses down his neck and collarbone.

A few moments later both of them reached their , with pleasure as they both released. Junghan let himself drop on top of Jisoo and the later hugged him to his chest pressing soft kiss on his long hair.

“I love you” Junghan whispered and Jisoo smiled.

“I love you too” Jisoo replied as a reflex and he caressed Junghan’s arm, feeling the other relax at his touch.

“It’s amazing how great it is both of us living alone” Junghan said and Jisoo chuckled.

“Yeah” Jisoo agreed and Junghan closed his eyes.

“We can have in any room we want” Junghan added and Jisoo laughed making Junghan smile.

“We can” Jisoo said anyways “You’re right”

“My friends at work don’t believe me when I say I have the best boyfriend ever” Junghan said “They don’t understand”

“Do you actually tell them about our life?”

“Of course not, I only tell that to Wonwoo, and sometimes the others too” Junghan admitted.

“I don’t really mind them knowing, they’re family, basically” Jisoo said.

“And to add to that, half of them have seen us actually doing it” Junghan reminded Jisoo.

“Yes, don’t need to remind me that” Jisoo sighed and Junghan looked at him.

“They caught us in very beautiful positions and we were covered by the bed covers, so it’s ok” Junghan said.

“Ok, drop the subject, honey” Jisoo patted Junghan’s head.

“Alright” Junghan laughed “Wanna shower together?”

“Always” Jisoo replied and both of them raised to go straight to the bathroom, and both of them knew they weren’t just going to shower, of course not.

About an hour later they were out of the shower. Then Junghan offered to dry Jisoo’s body, which ended up in a bj session in the bedroom, of course Jisoo didn’t mind, because why not? When Junghan was done it was Jisoo’s turn and after that they decided it was enough for that night.

They wore their pajamas again, Junghan dried his hair and they dropped themselves on the sofa again, after they had cleaned up the area.

“You should invite your friends from work over for lunch someday” Jisoo suggested and Junghan smiled.

“Sure, I’ll ask them about it” Junghan said “They really want to meet you, and I’m sure they will want to even more when I tell them my fiancée suggested that to me”

“Your fiancée” Jisoo repeated and he looked at Junghan with loving eyes.

“My fiancée” Junghan said again and Jisoo kissed him “I’m your fiancée as well”

“You’re my fiancée”

“Yeah” Junghan sighed and he kissed Jisoo.

“The guys are going to freak out when we tell them” Jisoo said and Junghan pressed a small kiss against his lips.

“I know” Junghan chuckled and he grabbed Jisoo’s hand, intertwining their fingers. Then he rested his head on Jisoo’s crock of the neck and Jisoo put an arm around him, bringing him closer.

Then, someone rang the bell. Junghan groaned.

“No way” Junghan cursed and Jisoo chuckled “WHO IS IT?” he yelled from where he was and Jisoo moved his head away from his loud voice. Junghan caressed his cheek as an apology.

“It’s me!” they heard a quiet voice say on the other side of the door and Jisoo sighed.

“It’s Wonwoo” Jisoo said and Junghan nodded.

“I’ll go open” Junghan said and he stood up.

He opened the door revealing a worried Wonwoo. Junghan stepped to one side to let him in.

“What’s wrong?” Junghan asked him.

“I’m so sorry for coming at this time” Wonwoo apologized and he walked to the living room where Jisoo was.

“What happened? Another fight?” Jisoo asked him.

“Yeah” Wonwoo sighed.

Junghan sat next to Jisoo and Wonwoo sat next to Junghan. Wonwoo covered his face and Jisoo rubbed Junghan’s thigh, kissing his cheek, then he looked at Wonwoo.

“Why don’t you explain what happened?” Jisoo said.

“Alright” Wonwoo nodded “You know we’re planning our wedding and he keeps sending me signals like he doesn’t want to marry me at all and I just exploded from everything I have inside”

“Aww, come on, I’m pretty sure he’s just freaking out” Junghan assured him.

“Yeah, well, he better stop freaking out because soon it’s going to be me the one not wanting to get married” Wonwoo crossed his arms over his chest.

“That’s not true, you’ve wanted to marry him ever since you made out in that stinky high school toilet” Junghan stated.

“Oh please stop reminding me that” Wonwoo groaned making the couple laugh.

“I think Junghan’s point is, no matter what you still love each other, and you can’t let stuff like this get to you” Jisoo said.

“I just feel like everything I suggest is crap, he finds a flaw in everything I say and it’s so annoying. I’m telling him, hey why don’t we have this as an appetizer and then for the main we have this other thing, and he replies saying oh sure if you want to kill your guests”

“Wonwoo, dear, that’s just stupid stuff”

“Oh yeah, that’s the stupid stuff, but how about when I tell him about the suits or about the rings or something like that he says it’s not important”

“WHAT?” Junghan exclaimed and Jisoo shot him a look.

“And then I start telling him it is important and he keeps saying: it’s just a wedding, why the fuss? And I remind him that it’s us who’s getting married and he just shrugs like it’s not important so today I asked him if he actually wants to get married and he ignored me, HE IGNORED ME”

“Ok, he’s just freaking out. Mingyu loves you”

 “He hates me” Wonwoo said feeling tears running down his cheeks “Because I started yelling at him”
