PERSONALITY:
2 - 3 paragraphs at the minimum to explain all traits, refrain from contradicting your traits too much, if you do then make sure you're explaining it reasonably well so it's understandable. once again please go through a check with the traits you've chosen to make sure that it doesn't sound like a "mary-sue". there'll be varieties of personalities we'll be choosing for the girls so we wish you luck with creating your character's, it'll be very interesting to see!
remember this is a comedy, romance and drama which is not so-serious, please don't make your character too reserved and mean, that she can't befriend any of the girls in the house. i'm not saying that we're against more mature characters, but just keep it in mind to add balancing positive traits to make up for the negative or less-friendly ones.
BACKGROUND :
2 - 3 paragraphs at the minimum to explain their background and character, include in their childhood to how it leads up to the very present day as well as what their aspirations and dreams are for the future, their major and such in university. as well as that, don't forget how they heard about sooyeon's manor renting and how she received the position, what made sooyeon choose her and why, and you can't just say because "she heard of it from sooyeon's friend and then got accepted", you'll have to elaborate more with that. there's more on this in the cheatsheet. avoid angsty and sob story backgrounds due to the genres for this story's theme, we all suffer through hardships but limit yourself alright?

please only include the relevant characters in your character's story, because having more than 6 bonds, we're most likely not going to get the proper chance to get them into the story, other than being mentioned instead. so do keep that in mind and please don't overdo your bonds with friends, having them all as exo members, they shouldn't all be there— only 2 is our maximum unless, there is an exception,if you plan on putting exo in, they have to have that "bond" in the future into the story, look into the example apps if confused. thanks, the cheatsheet will have more information on that. explain how they met and their relationship if so. try not to make too many complicated bonds, like an ex boyfriend and then a love rival with your love interest and a boy best friend, you should be able to limit things.

2 - 3 paragraphs min, we advise you to look to the character profiles because we give you hints and a small description which you can get a good feel of what their characcter's like, please stick to the plotlines and add in similar ideas, that was a guidline to help you out with this certain section. please make sure that the negative traits let us have an idea towards why your character would dislike that very member, the tension guys, we need that in a relationship. don't make them too endearing that they fall into the typical 'gary stu' and perfect love interest, guys have faults too you know? just keep that in mind.
THEIR FIRST MEETING :
every one of the members, whether it be in EXO or the girls have finally met each other when the guys had moved into the house altogether or- they met during the year when they moved in, in university days, there shouldn't really be any backstory for the two as they never met before in a really young age, although there are exceptions if you say you met them during highschool, but not properly met and maybe just a glance or one word to the other, nothing special to trigger emotions or feelings, that should happen during the story's start and middle. ( 1 para min )
RELATIONSHIP TITLE : no dating status' please.
INTERACTION :
2 - 3 paragraphs min, their relationship interaction should gradually become more closer and into the romantic side throughout the story so i advise you to time this section well with their interactions. it should start off with the two not even baring to shed any romantic or sweet feeling towards the other, they are neighbours which have rivalry after all. as said in the cheatsheet, we like tension and surprises to be happening during the relationship and development so please don't make them confess too quickly. we'd love to see creative ideas which isn't like romeo and juliet's plot with everyone disapproving and being a downright to the lovers, people can understand with time and calming down, chill- they're not all going to be mad. but remember timing! we'd suggest after 5 - 6 months, there should be some sort of triggered spark, since we'd still like to have that tension and hatred rivalry between both houses and pranks because that's fun.
