Running through the long corridor of the hospital, Myungsoo saw his friends outside the emergency room. Sunggyu and Woohyun were sitting Dongwoo was still nowhere in sight while Hoya and Sungjong were leaning in the wall

"Hyung" He called catching his breath "Where's Soojung?" he asked expecting that she was with Sungyeol in the car accident

Hoya looked at him "Soojung wasn't with him it was only Sungyeol"

"What happened to him?" He asked in a worried tone

Sunggyu stood up from his seat walking closer to Myungsoo he put his hands over his shoulders "We didn't know too. But Woohyun said that Sungyeol called him before the accident happened"

"He said that he came to your parents' house to drop Soojung then he wanted to meet me but I never had a chance to ask him because I heard a loud bang and I have no idea that it was the accident already" Woohyun exclaimed in a stuttering and weak voice, he tried very hard not to cry in front of them but his tears were already forming in his eyes

Myungsoo bit his lower lip, he took a deep breath before opening his mouth again to speak "How was he?"

"The doctor still hasn't come out. It's not just a minor accident Myungsoo" Sunggyu stated

The sound of footsteps caught their attention, Myungsoo was the first one to turned around expecting that it was Soojung and he was right it was her with Irene and Dongwoo with a worried expressions written on their faces

Soojung quickly ran to Myungsoo to give him a hug "Are you okay?"

He shook his head and buried his face on Soojung's neck "I'm lying if I say yes I'm okay"

"How's Sungyeol? Is he okay? What exactly happened?" Dongwoo bomb them with questions as he looked at his friends one by one "Hey answer me where's Sungyeol?"

"He's still in the emergency room and the doctor still hasn't come out" Sunggyu answered. He was the only one who is brave enough to answer questions because the rest are having a hard time to talk still trying to sink everything on their minds

Dongwoo ran his hand on his hair in frustration "Please be okay Sungyeol" he murmured

Hearing another footsteps from behind all of them turned around and saw Sungyeol's parents in a hurry his mother quickly approached Myungsoo "Myungsoo where's Sungyeol? Where's my son?"

"Auntie he's still in the emergency room" He answered

"I am sorry I shouldn't have ask him to accompany us today" He suddenly added looking down afraid to have a eye contact with Sungyeol's parents

She held Myungsoo's hands and squeezed it lightly "I'm not blaming anyone Myungsoo all I want is for Sungyeol to be okay"

Myungsoo was about to retort something when the doctor finally went out of the room but with an unpleasant look that made them nervous once again.

"I'm Sungyeol's mother how is my son?" Sungyeol's mother said quickly approaching the doctor

The doctor sighed and looked at the mother "I can't say that your son is okay he is in a coma state right now and we don't know when will he wake up it's up to him we did our best to treat his wounds and luckily to him there wasn't any big damage in his head only scratches"

"But why in a coma state if his head doesn't have any damage?" Sungjong asked innocently

"Well it's because of the trauma he felt"

"When will he wake up?" Sungjong asked again

The doctor looked at him and gave him a small smile "Just like what I said we don't know when but the sooner the better" then he turned to Sungyeol's parents once again "We will transfer him to the ICU but the visit time is only limited since the patient needs to rest to recover"

She nodded and bowed a little "Thank you so much"

"We'll see you again later" and with that the doctor left. Hearing that Sungyeol is half fine the possibility of him waking up is still not sure, they didn't manage to let out a relief sigh still feeling nervous and anxiety is killing them

Myungsoo leaned in the wall closing his eyes trying to calm himself half of his mind telling himself not to blame himself but the other half keeps telling to blame himself. He felt a soft hand lightly squeezing her hand and he exactly know that it's Soojung

He intertwined his hands on hers, not planning to let go

"Everything is going to be fine Myungsoo" He heard Soojung said in a soft and calming tone "Sungyeol oppa is strong he's going to wake up soon"

He opened his eyes and looked at Soojung, he noticed that her eyes are a little bit teary "Are you trying to stop yourself from crying?"

She slowly nods "I don't want to cry I don't want to make you worry about me anymore so please be strong I'm really worried about you and Sungyeol oppa" she said

Myungsoo knows how much a crybaby Soojung is and he knows too how much she cares for his friends so it's not impossible to see Soojung being weak and about to cry in this kind of situation. He pulled her in to a hug kissing the top of her head "I'm sorry"

"Please don't blame yourself" she whispered

"Hon the police called and they want to talk to me about the details of the accident" Sungyeol's father said

"Uncle let me come with you" Myungsoo said approaching him in a hurry

He placed a hand over his shoulder "I think it's better for you to stay here Myungsoo wait for Sungyeol to wake up. I'll bring Woohyun and Dongwoo with me"

Myungsoo didn't argue anymore and just let Sungyeol's father handle everything, the three men bid goodbye as they left to meet the police officers "Soojung you should go home"

"Wait what? I want to stay here" Soojung retorted

Myungsoo looked at him "Soojung listen to me don't be stubborn right now just do what I say go home with Irene"

Irene looked at them hearing her name "Huh?"

"Please bring Soojung to your apartment first I don't want her to be alone in our house or better just drop her at my parents' house"

"I'll just take a cab let's not bother Irene anymore" Soojung said

Sungjong suddenly butted in "Hyung I'm coming with Soojung. I need to get some clothes too Sunggyu hyung asked me"

Myungsoo nods and gave Sungjong a weak smile "Okay!" then he turned to Soojung once again "I'll pick you up tomorrow okay? Don't worry too much!"
