It takes few seconds before Myungsoo can react on Soojung’s statement, he stare at her in disbelief. Did he heard her right? She wants to have a baby? “Can you please repeat what you just said”

She closed her eyes for a moment and let out a sigh then she looked at him again as she fixed her position, she removed her legs on his lap and sat properly “Let’s make baby”

He suddenly let out a loud laugh causing Soojung to be irritated for a little “Do you think making babies is just like making your favorite food?” he said Soojung was about to open to speak but he stopped her by putting his palm on “And why do you suddenly want to have a baby?”

She glared at Myungsoo and removed his hands on “I just” she said trying to think of an answer

“You just what?” He asked as he looked at Soojung

She looked down and played with her hands “I just want to grant your mother’s wish”

He blew his cheeks and looked at the ceiling as he rested his head on the couch’s headboard “So it’s about my family again? When will you stop granting their wish Soojung? Don’t you remember that they are the reason why we are trapped in this marriage”

Flashback :

It was Saturday that time when Soojung’s parents asked her to get ready for tonight because they will meet some important people. Soojung is a good daughter so every thing that her parents told to her  to do she will do it even though she doesn’t like it, she loves her parents so much that she can’t even say no to them.

“Who are those important people mom?” she asked, curiosity was hugging her

Her mother smiled at her “It’s a surprise”

She didn’t asked anymore, she was about to go to her room when she remembered something so she stopped walking and turned to looked at her mother “Mom can I not go with you later? It’s Jungkook’s birthday today! I need to attend his party”

“Dear I know it’s important for you to be there but this meeting is important too so you need to be there. You can just go to Jungkook’s party after the meeting I bet that party is until midnight” Her mother exclaimed

She let out a sigh “Okay I’ll just talk to Jungkook about that I’ll be go to my room”

Soojung together with her parents arrived at a classy restaurant, as soon as they entered the place a secretary of the restaurant approached them and asking if there are the Jung family after confirming it the secretary took them to one of the private rooms, the door opened revealing two of her parents’ friends and a teenager, who looks like he wanted to go out of the room “Seunghwan you’re here” a woman in his 40’s greeted Soojung’s mother

“Sorry if it took us so long to arrive here” Her mother said apologetically

The woman smiled “It’s okay it’s okay come take a sit”

Soojung just followed her parents, they were sitting at a long table, her mother was facing Yeri, the woman who greeted her mother earlier and her father was facing the man in his 40’s too while Soojung sat in front of the guy who was just sending a glare to her. She smiled at him but she received nothing but a glare then he looked away “Wow snob” she mumbled

“Soojung” she heard someone called her, she turned to the woman “Yes?”

“Do you still remember me? I’m your Auntie Yeri I was the one who always visit your house when you were just a kid” she said

Soojung gave her a smile “Yes but not that much”

“And this guy beside me” Her Auntie Yeri said as she put her arms around the guy beside her “Do you still remember him? He’s Myungsoo my son you met him once before”

Soojung turned to the guy and glared at him as soon as she remembered the guy “You!!” she said as she pointed to the guy “You’re the one who threw my favorite bear on the mud!!”

Myungsoo smirked “Oh so you still remember it! Nice to meet you”

Soojung blew her cheeks “Nice? It’s not nice meeting you” she said in an annoyed tone, her parents tried to stopped her but she just ignored them and keep sending death glares to him
