Everything is Not Okay (Part 1)
Living in RealityGong Seung Yeon's POV
I walked through the crowded streets as tears rolled down my cheeks. After Jong Hyun-oppa's outburst, I didn't know what else to do, so I did as I was told. The question, 'What just happened', was still lingering in my mind. I needed to go home. I was too overwhelmed by dejection and confusion that there was no other option for me.
So, as fast as my legs could take me, I ran - not even caring whether or not people were watching me.
As I got to my apartment, I quickly unlocked it and went inside. Right after I closed the door, my legs gave in. There I was in such a pitiful state. Even I didn't want to look at myself. I cried and cried to my heart's content, not caring whether the new neighbors next door could hear me.
All of a sudden, my phone started ringing. I wiped my tears with my hands, trying to make it seem like I was fine. Then I searched through my bag for it. When I got it, I quickly answered it.
"Annyeonghaseyo..." I answered quietly.
"Seung Yeon-ah... Your sister... H-Hos... Hospital..." It was my dad. Why was he crying?
"Appa, I can't understand what you're saying. What's wrong? Why're you crying?" Something was wrong. It must have been real bad for my father to be crying.
"Your sister... Jung Yeon-ah fainted... She's in the hospital." At that moment my head started spinning and my chest clenched so hard, I couldn't get up. I threw my phone to the wall and screamed, hoping the pain would go away.
Then, I heard footsteps getting louder. I looked towards it as someone started knocking.
"Yah. Is someone in here?" I opened my mouth to reply, but nothing would come out. "Yah... YAH! If you're not gonna open it, then we're coming in!" Then, the door suddenly opened and someone went through. Our eyes met for a second and then a panicked look plastered on her face. She crouched down towards me and started asking if I was okay. I looked behind her and standing there were five more people. After that, everything went black.
