It was half an hour into the 1pm meeting with the psychologist. Yoseob sat on the bed looking at the psychologist, fingers under the blanket clutching the bedsheets tightly. He could barely make out what he was saying for the past half an hour so he simply nodded his head every now and then to pretend that he was comprehending and accepting what was being told to him.
The truth, was however, far from that. He didn't believe he would have such attacks. He couldn't believe that this was to happen to him. He wasn't able to understand what the psychologist meant that he had to take things easy and worry less. He was of course worried! He didn't want to let his band members down. He didn't want to stop singing and performing for his fans. He didn't want s to worry for him. Most importantly, he didn't want anyone to know that his condition was linked to being in love with someone he wasn't supposed to love. "Mr Yang, or may I call you Yoseob?" Yoseob nodded his head and the psychologist continued "Yoseob, I'm very thankful that you are so open to me about your problems and I'll be meeting you for scheduled therapy sessions in the near future to help manage and prevent such attacks. Would you like me to help better inform anybody else of your condition?" Yoseob jumped a little on his bed before reaching out to the psychologist, "no, Dr Song. Please keep this a secret from everybody except my family members. One person worrying is enough. I don't need my manager or members to have more burden than they already have with me missing out on the next few shows." Dr Song nodded his head empathetically before patting Yoseob on the shoulders, "sometimes, sharing our problems with others isn't troubling or hurting them. Hiding the problems might cause more damages." Yoseob sighed, he thought of Junhyung and felt the waves in his body awakening once again. Placing his palm on his chest in a desperate bid to calm himself down, he replied softly, "but sometimes if there's no solution to the problem, it means that the problem shouldn't even have existed. And it shouldn't be allowed to exist. The lesser people know of it, the easier to ignore it." Dr Song shook his head slightly and thought to himself "a young man this kind and thoughtful to those around him, doesn't know that this selflessness is like a knife, stabbing him and hurting those around. Let's hope he slowly sees things differently." -------- "I'm back!" Yoseob skipped into the shared dorm with his manager trailing behind him. His manager had bugged him the whole ride back to
