“Mr. Zhang?” Dara knocked to his office’s door. She frowned and nervously bit her lower lip after hearing no response from him.

Did he go out? She asked herself. Well, since she’s not a coffee drinker, figuring out how that bloody coffee machine worked took her some time.

Should I just go in? I’ll simply leave the coffee on the desk and be out in a sec. She thought and grabbed the door handle. On three…

One… two… three… she counted and barged inside. Her heart almost stopped when she found her boss casually siting behind his desk with earphones on. He seemed surprised with how suddenly she appeared in his office.

“Oh Dara-sshi.” He took off one of the purple earphones and stood up immediately. For a second she thought that he looked a bit abashed, as if she saw something that should’ve remained unseen.

“Coffee…” Dara sent him a forced smile and walked towards him with a cup of coffee in her hand.

“I almost forgot…” Yixing said mockingly “… you can place it here and leave.” He patted the desk with one hand.

“Yes, I’m sorry… I’m not an expert at coffee making.” Dara stated and right then her foot got tangled with the carpet’s edge.

“OMO!” Dara managed to squeal and fell on the floor. She squirmed in pain because of her still fresh injuries on knees and palms being affected again.

While falling she let go of the coffee cup and seeing what was going to happen, Yixing rushed to help her. Unfortunately he was too slow and ended with grabbing her elbow only.

Dara’s eyes popped open after seeing that. Now I’m doomed. She cried and took out a tissue out of her baggy pants’ pocket.
