배고파 (I'm Hungry)

한글 배우기 (Learn Korean)

Favorite topic in the world today.

That's right,

음식 (eum-sheek)- FOOD :D!

There are too many foods so there will be seperate chapter for vegetables and fruits and such.

야채 (yah-chae)- Vegetable:

양파 (yahng-pah)- Onion

파 (pah)- Green onion

호박 (hoh-bahk)- Squash/Pumpkin

오이 (oh-ee)- Cucumber

토마토 (Toh-mah-toh)- Tomato ㅋㅋㅋ

배추 (bae-choo)- Cabbage

무 (moo)- Raddish

상추 (sahng-choo)- Lettuce

고추 (goh-choo)- Pepper

버섯 (beo-seot)- Mushroom

가지 (gah-jee)- Eggplant

당근 (dahng-geun)- Carrot

옥수수 (ohk-soo-soo)- Corn

마늘 (mah-neul)- Garlic

시금치 (shee-geum-chee)- Spinach

감자 (gahm-jah)- Potato

콩 (kohng)- Bean

쌀 (ssal)- Rice

고구마 (goh-goo-mah)- Sweet potato

I am fully aware that beans, corn, rice, and tomato are not veggies but guess what?

*BONUS WORD*

어쩔건데?

Eo-jjeol-geon-de?

What are you gonna do about it? (Indifferent and extremely informal. Can be seen as rude and dismissive. Only use with friends/family or when you're picking a fight [jk don't fight, fighting is bad].)

Koreans tend to shorten it by saying simply just

어쩔?

Which is a slang term in its own way.

Sasuke Tran suggested that it would be better to add bonus words at the end of each chappy so here it is!

Hello! I'm your 11th upvoter! This is realllly good for me to learn more Korean, since my parents couldn't afford a real Language class. Although all of it is confusing and only make my head hurt, I will learn one by one until I ace it since the main problem is I can talk a bit Korean and understand some of it but could not write it at all :-( the only korean word that I know is 카이 and 디으 which is no help at all xD exo-l here~! Hahahaha I will definitely take this as a learning class online. Thank you, btw!

HELP HELP!
Ok, now that I've got your attention. ^~^;
I have a question regarding this 본. I understand that it's not mentioned in your lessons but I've been seriously searching for the meaning of this character. I don't get it at all... Oh and if you're wondering, I got the character from SHINee's song Like a Fire. I'm trying to learn Korean with songs hehehe. ^~^
