문장 1 (Sentence Structure)
한글 배우기 (Learn Korean)AHAHA HI IT'S BEEN SO LONG LIKE A MONTH AND I'M LIKE RUNNING ON CAFFEINE RN SO PLZ EXCUSE MY TERRIBLE TYPOS AND STUFF
This chapter's on how one should go about writing a sentence in Korean if you haven't figured out from the title.
So how does one sentence a structure structure a sentence?
Well, in English, if you read a sentence, it will most likely go somewhat like this:
subject + conjugated verb
ie. Sam is running.
Yes, I am aware that there are many other ways to structure a sentence, but I'm trying to keep this simple.
In Korean, the structure is actually the same:
해민 뛰고있어.
Hemin is running.
(I'll make some more chapters on verb conjugation soon)
Similar to English, you can use objects as subjects and the structure will still be the same.
ie. The computer is in that room
컴퓨터 저 방에있어.
저 in English means that
방 means room
에있어 simply means "it's in there" in present tense
This is actually easier to explain than I initally thought it would be...
I'll try to elaborate in future chapters, but I think this is enough for now cuz I should really be getting to those damn verb conjugations.
Until next time!
