Yeojin stopped herself at a tree infront of a river..she slowly touched her lips as she recalls the part where Kai kissed her….

Her heart was beating out of her chest and her cheeks were burning red. 

Why did he kiss me….does he…

She shook her head while shutting her eyes. 

He would never like you...why are you so stupid to even think about that Oh Yeojin…! 

But because at that thought her heart began to rip. She was truly hurt by everything. As if the world had purposely allow him to do that just to give her false hopes….

She let her tears fall before wiping it away. But she also couldn't understand why he suddenly kissed her like that...why did he look at her the same way she looks at him for the last how many years…

The look of being in love...the look of loving someone to the point where you'd be willing to die for…

And with that thought another tear fell out as she stared out to the river. 

“YEOJIN!” Jongin shouts as he looks for her. He was worried about her. Even he was surprised about that kiss….”Oh Yeojin?” 

He calls once again after seeing her covering her face behind the tree. She didn't dare look at him even when he tried to pull away her arms. 

“What's wrong?” He questions when she didn't move her arms away. 

But she doesn't answer and keeps silence while walking pass him and back to their little camp ground. “Is she mad at me?” Jongin stares at her walking away. 

Nonetheless he chases after her trying his best to get her to speak. “Oh Yeojin...what's wrong?” 

“Nothing” she whispers not giving him a glance. Her arms fall to her side but she continues to walk away from him. 

Jongin again runs after her and this time he grabbed her wrist. “Look about the kiss-” 

“IT WAS A MISTAKE!” She shouts stopping and finally giving him a glance. 

But unlike what Jongin expected she was smiling, “Don't worry. I know you didn't mean it. And I won't tell anyone about it” 

“No that's-” 

“Lets just pretend it was a dream” she smiles while cutting him off. 

When he didn't reply Yeojin gave him a light pat before turning away. 

This time her tears started to slowly flow as she walked away from him once again. She couldn't help but feel upset, 

Of course it was a mistake...why would he like you?! You ruined his life. 

She wiped her tears away. 

You're a burden to him...you're a someone to him..

Kai’s POV 

I watch her back fade into the trees and yet I couldn't run after her. She didn't feel the same way… 

You're an idiot Kim Jongin! After hurting her so much you actually have the guts to like her.

If only I could turn back time….

Finally after a few minutes of regretting my life decisions I followed Yeojin’s footsteps back to the camp. 

It took a few minutes and when I arrived, Yeojin was gone. “Where did she go?” 

Should I go look for her? What if she's in trouble? 

Nahhh...she's….go look for her! 

I started shouting her name while walking towards the waterfall. 

“Yeojin!” I shout while looking around. 

Where on earth did she go?!  I mean I understand that she likes to adventure but come on we're in a dangerous situation right now… 

As I got closer to the waterfall I call for her once more. 

Again no reply. 

Sighing, “Yah Oh-” 

The water splashed as Yeojin sprang to the top hair wet and back exposed. 

My eyes widened when she turned around to face me.  Our eyes met and quickly, I turned around flustered. 

“First you kiss me and now you try to peek at me” I heard her say from the water. 

My cheeks burned as I closed my eyes. “I didn't mean to peek on you I swear! I was just looking for you!” Even from far away I could hear her laugh. 

A laugh that warmed my heart and I couldn't help but also laugh. 

“I was just joking! I know you wouldn't peek at me even if someone were to give you money” she states while happily splashing the water. 

I nodded and slowly walked away, “Just cal me if anything happens! I'll be over there!” I pointed somewhere close but further. 

She doesn't reply but instead splashes water at me. “That's what you get for trying to save me you idiot!” She stuck out her tongue when I turned around shocked. 

Her collarbone up to her white soft neck and down to her small shoulders. 

Get a hold of yourself!!!

Blinking I turned away ready to run

“Aye your shoelaces are untied!” Yeojin warns a little too late.

My right foot stepping on my left shoelaces as my body twists and I fall face into the water. 

The water wets my clothes as I fall into Yeojin’s embrace. She helps as we both almost fall back under the water. 

Luckily she grabs tightly on to me and holds us up. 

I open my eyes and stare right into hers. Only a few centimeters away from her face. Being this close though I could make out her beautiful features. 

And the one thing that caught my attention were her full cherry red lips. Without knowing inslowly lean forward but this time Yeojin pushes her head back as she stares at me. 

“What are you doing?” She questions making me blush madly. 

I didn't reply but instead remembering the situation we were in as my arms wrapped around her petite exposed waist. I quickly let go of her and return back to land. Although my clothes were soaking wet I managed to runaway to hide my flushing cheeks. 

Running back to camp I sit inside the shelter and place my hands upon my burning cheeks. 

My heart was basically beating out of my body right now. But no matter what i did I could remember her beautiful moly soft skin and her petite soft waist that I had my arms around.

She was beautiful way more beautiful than any women I've ever seen…

And knowing this, that my soon to be wife is a goddess I couldn't help but get jealous. Thinking all the guys that'll be staring at her when I take her out to eat and all the guys that will try to talk to her while we're out together…

Even towards Ahreum I've never really felt the urge to be jealous but with Yeojin...it was different...everything was different when it comes to her…

Maybe I've always liked her….but I just didn't know until now...but really the question is does she still like me? 

I turn to see her walking up the trail while fixing her clothes. Her wet hair nicely braided into a fishtail. 

No...the answer was no, she doesn't like me anymore… I frowned when she didn't bother giving me a glance. 

You've lost your chance with her Kim Jongin….

Guess who''s back????? Omg it's been so longgggg. You guys must hate me don't you?! I'm so sorry for leaving you beautiful people. How long has it been since I've updated? Maybe July? Damn that was like five months ago. I'm sorry for leaving you guys or if I made any of you guys worried. I'm totally fine just been stressing about school a lot. I started off really bad in the first quarter of school. I had like 3 D’s and my parents found out so I had to bring those grades up. And I did! I'm down to 0 D’s! I only have two C’s...Spanish and Geometry. But winter break is coming pretty soon. It that we have exams on the week of Christmas but it's whatever I guess. Two weeks off school. Like blesss  T.T (I'm like TT) lol. But I'll try my best to finish this story for you guys ❤️
