XV. 

“Morning.” He whispered as he opened the door. Jessica smiled weakly.

She had puffy eyes and messed hair, and her shirt was tucked out of her shorts. Obviously she had gotten into another fight with her mother. There had been a lot of this recently, and even though Onew had gotten used to it, he couldn’t help but worry.

“Princess, come on in.” He closed the door after pulling her in and held her gently.

“Oh Sooyeon…” He smiled softly, and enveloped her in a soft hug before kissing the top of her head. “It’s okay… Cry if you want to, I won’t stop you.”

She cried, but he just stood there and quietly listened to her sobs, and incoherent sentences, patting her back.

He said only one sentence. “It’ll be okay, princess.” 

I want a boy who won’t ask what’s wrong when I’m sad, a boy who will just kiss my forehead.
