Seunghyun walked carefully into the studio, seeing Jiyong all curled up on the couch. He was warned to face a fiery Dragon, but nothing was stopping him anyway.

“Hey, love.”

Jiyong looked up to Seunghyun, giving him a tight smile before dropping his gaze to the floor again. Seunghyun walked closer towards him, settling beside his boyfriend.

“Hey, tell me what’s wrong?”

Jiyong shifted closer towards Seunghyun before hugging him tightly. It was like déjà vu. He knew this feeling.

“I’m scared.”

Seunghyun ran his fingers between Jiyong’s soft locks with another hand drawing aimless circles on the younger’s back, waiting for him to complete his sentence.

“Everybody’s waiting for this. They're expecting something big; something special. But what if it doesn’t happen? What if it’s not up to their expectations? Expectations lead to greater disappointment, right?”

“We’re not here to please them, Jiyong. We’re doing what we love together, creating music. As long as we’re enjoying the process and loving the final product, that’s what matters most right?”
