Episode 14

We Got Married (Jimin & Hayoung)

MISUN: We have a very special guest to join us today and it will be his first time in WGM studio, please welcome, Bangtan's vocal and acting idol, V-sshi.

Everyone clapped their hands towards the guy in stylished hair as he waved his hands and bowed towards everyone. Kim Taehyung's smile reached from one ear to another, his excitement could not be hidden.

Misun: Welcome V-sshi!

V: Thank you, I am actually excited to be here today!

Eric: We heard you're the closest to Jimin-sshi among Bangtan members?

V: I think so? Yeah because we're same age friends.

Choa: Ohhh!

Kyunghwan: Do you think you can do better than Rap Monster-sshi who was here the last time?

V: Of course! Hahaha I always do better.

Misun: If you say so, we shall begin! Let's watch this!

Jimin rolled left and right, bored over their master bed in their house that one sunny morning. March was almost done with April fast approaching and so he's very excited to finally see his wife after days and weeks of being busy from his work. In the meantime he played with the square pillows, danced in front of the cameras installed, did a few house chores and finally, dressed himself up for a schedule.

"Ahh, it feels so lonely being by myself." He whined like a child to himself against his fluffy white pillow when he plopped back down to his bed, and then realized the atmosphere of the house without Hayoung.

He stayed laid like that for a few more minutes until he couldn't take it anymore, Jimin carried himself to the living room a few moments later to grab his phone and dialed his wife's number. His heart beat doubled for every ring that he could hear. It took Hayoung quite long before she could answer, and when she did, Jimin gasped in delight.

"Hello? Oppa?" he heard her say in which her background sounded so crowded, like people were talking and camera shutters were clicking. He assumed she was in a photoshoot for something.

"Hayoung-ah! Where are you right now?" the young husband greeted his wife so casually and so lovingly it made Hayoung giggle from the other side of the phone. Jimin tried to sound like a cool guy over the phone so he restrained himself from being cheeky despite his wanting to tell her how much he missed her.

"Ah, I'm in a photo shoot for a sponsor. It's actually very tiring and I'm not used to my hair." Jimin's brows met at Hayoung's last sentence. It sounded as if something has changed with her hair.

"Ehh? Why, what happened to your hair?" he asked her still, just to make sure if what he was thinking was right or he was just wild guessing that she cut her hair. Hayoung hummed long from the other line. Suddenly, Jimin felt excited rather than anxious about it.

"Nothing, they just styled it awkwardly." Hayoung's voice was soft suddenly, and it made Jimin more suspicious.

"Did you cut it?" It was just an intuition that began the moment he hear Hayoung whine from the other line. He knew how girls could be very sensitive when it comes to their hair. He chuckled nevertheless, finding it cute.

"Uhmm, it's a secret." He could imagine her stick her index finger on her lips as if telling him that she won't tell him.

Jimin and Hayoung did not talk for long, she had to say goodbye as soon as she said hi because of the urgency she was in from wherever she was. Her husband couldn't do anything but to let her go, for now.

V: Jimin should say 'I love you'!

Everyone laughed at Taehyung's straightforward suggestion but agreed to him anyways.

Misun: Ahh, it is essential for couples to say it!

"Hayoungie-ah," he called out to delay her from hanging up. And the viewers anticipated for what he's gonna say next, "take care."

As disappointed of himself as the people in the studio, Jimin felt like he could say something better than just 'take care'. He wanted to tell her something else but he was taken aback. He was tongue-tied all of a sudden, didn't really know how to deliver what he wanted to tell her.

Jimin: I want to tell her I miss her, so bad. But I also thought it might distract her from her work so I just let it go.

"Jiminnie oppa," now, it was his turn to be delayed. "I miss you." Hayoung blurted that surprised Jimin.

You could see from the camera how red Jimin's ears had become after hearing her say that short sentence. Those three words were the words he couldn't tell her yet it was very easy for her to say it. Once again, Jimin's selfishness washed him over when he rolled and sunk his face into the pillow to hide his flushed cheeks from the audience.

"I can't wait to see you too." He answered when he was done fanboying over his wife. Jimin could feel her smile widening even if he couldn't see it. He trusted his wife that she felt the same way as he did.

BTS Fansign Event in Seoul, South Korea

At first, Hayoung thought he wouldn't recognize her for her marvelous change. She had planned for this beforehand and she couldn't wait to see his reaction about this special event for him. It's not everyday she could visit him in work like this. The corners of his her lips tugged way upwards when she entered the venue with her white shirt, denim jacket, dark jeans and Converse high shoes. She also had her beanie on, the one with Jimin's name on it.

Many fans had recognized her but she just waved at them, gesturing that she should stay hidden for the sake of the surprise. She talked to the fans personally and that she would line up along with them so they didn't need to worry about special treatment. Hayoung already expected that it will be long 'til she get her plan to work if she wished to blend with fans. Together with her manager, the young wife patiently waited 'til her turn.

The camera stayed behind along with the press so they would stay hidden from Jimin's sight. What's left with Hayoung were only a secret cam installed in her jacket and a mic to hear what they're saying. It took her about half an hour before she reached her turn. She tiptoed to search for him from the stage, and smiled the moment she had sight of him. He was the first to sign at the end of the long table. Suddenly, she felt nervous.

"I hope this works." Her voice sounded muffled when she pressed unto her chest her BTS album and photobook that she would use to get signed by the members.

And then she was set off to stage. But even before her turn could come, Hayoung made sure that Jimin won't recognize her in her personal mission. She twisted the beanie around her head so Jimin's name would face the back, tucked in the strands of her hair inside and spread the mask to cover her entire face.

"Hello, what's your name?" he asked Hayoung after talking to the fan before her. Fortunately, he did not notice her the first time. But will it last long?

"Hayoung, Park Hayoung." Hayoung stated with her voice lowered so that he won't notice. In contrary, it tipped Jimin to suspicion. .

With a slightly tilted head, he looked up and saw a lady with a mask covering most of her face. He dipped his face a bit to take a better look but Hayoung bowed her head as if avoiding his gazes. "Park...Ha...young...sshi." He continued to sign anyways, swaying glances between Hayoung and the album he was signing.

Jimin: Hahaha I already know it's her. She just revealed herself more when she tried to change her voice.

The young husband laughed from the memory, couldn't help the Cheshire cat smile on his face.

Jimin: It's cute though. I know she just wanted to surprise me and I can say that was.

Hayoung wondered why Jimin took quite a while to sign her photobook, however, she still waited until he's done. When she got back the glossy book, Hayoung slid it to the next member, and to the next, until the last. She did not even bother to care if the other members found out it was her, hence, she bowed at them at every turn. All she wanted to do back then was to ran away already because of embarrassment.

As soon as she was finished getting signed by each members, the young wife stepped down the stage to join the other fans who just came before her. Quickly she blended with the crazy crowd and ran searching for her manager. It was not long when she found him, and when she did, Hayoung pulled him out of the venue.

"Oppa! Make it fast!" she said, practically dragging him out.

IT was what Hayoung thought at the beginning, that Jimin would fall for that little show she did, but then she was wrong about one thing. Despite her change of appearance, Jimin already knew deep in his heart whom his wife is the moment he sees even just her back. Whether she made her hair red, pink or green. A shocked grin may have appeared on his face after seeing Hayoung even from the entrance of the cafe, but only because it was his first time seeing her in short hair.

"Wahh!" he cheered long like a child as he stood up to welcome her with a hug. The young wife did not hesiste and threw her arms around him as soon as there wasn't a huge gap in between them. "Hey!" Jimin gasped in surprise, surely shocked from Hayoung's sudden gesture. "Your hair, what happened?" his eyes were suddenly bigger than the usual.

"Ahh, we decided to change it a bit." Hayoung replied while combing her now orange-colored short hair with her fingers.

"Ohh, I see. You look even more beautiful." The young wife seemed to blush from his compliment that Jimin couldn't help but to say. He cleared his throat and added, "Soooo, what's up?"

"I just came from a schedule." Hayoung answered with a shrug.

"Ahh really? And which schedule is that?" Jimin pushed his luck to catch his wife in what seemed to be her plan, and he seemed to succeed.

"Just this fansign event." Once again, his wife shrugged her shoulders with a playful teasing grin,

"Oh Hayoung-sshi!" he looked at her with squinted eyes, a thin line was suddenly hiding his eyes and Hayoung couldn't help but to laugh at him. "What?" she stuck her tongue out while crossing her arms.

"You were that girl!" Jimin exclaimed.

"What girl?" Hayoung stood back to defend herself.

"Don't play dumb on me, I know it's you. Park Hayoung?" He continued to pry her only to be denied.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Hayoung won't back down despite his endless attempt.

"Your shirt, jeans, and the beanie. You just changed your jacket and your shoes but that beanie is one in a million." Suddenly, he declared with emphasis in a matter of factly tone.

Finally he caught her with that, and made him win. Jimin noticed Hayoung's obvious defeat when she looked down herself to see that he was indeed telling a logical truth. She wanted to think of another excuse to escape and to u-turn but she was too caught up with his reasoning she was forced to tell him the truth. The young husband couldn't help the smile on his face when she did.

"Where are the album and the photobook by the way?" Jimin uttered to save his wife from her sudden embarrassment. "Did you read it?" He added without breathing or waiting for Hayoung's response. "Read it!"

Hayoung: I was surprised, again. My event firebacked, again. He already knew but he acted as if he didn't. For once again, he turned the table around and made me look like it was his event for me. But it's fun.

"Why? What's in it?" Hayoung fished out the album and the photobook from her back pack in a rush, flipped through the pages like she didn't have enough time and stopped onlywhen Jimin's page appeared. Her heart rose to when she saw it.

Park Hayoung-sshi,

You have a nice name. Pleasant to my ears. You look beautiful. I missed you. <3

Park Jimin.

His wife looked at Jimin in awe from what he wrote, felt her cheeks getting warmed up once again, and couldn't lift her head to look at him in the eyes. Her smile reached from one ear to another, it was so wide could rip any time soon.

"I hate you, oppa." She retorted out of the blue while covering the lower half of her fave with the album.

"What? Why- heyyy, I signed it cutely for you." Jimin, instead of taking it seriously, laughed. Along with this, he reached out to remove a hair away from Hayoung's face while smiling a Cheshire cat grin towards her way. She wanted to wipe that boastful smile off of his face but Hayoung couldn't move any part of her body at that moment.

"This is supposed to be a surprise event for you but you flipped it all again." Hayoung whined, her voice almost whimpering. The truth that Jimin figured it out and turned the plan around for another time frustrated the young wife and so she couldn't help but to feel very annoyed and upset about it.

"I was surprised too! Seriously! I swear!" With a hand raised, Jimin protested to lift Hayoung's spirit up. After all, it was the truth.

"But still--" she was about to say more but she was shushed by Jimin even before she could prolong her disappointment. Although he thinks she kinda looks cute whenever she does.

"You saw me, right? I stared at you for a short while because I was figuring out if you were really my wife." Jimin explained what it was that he thought was the truth. Hayoung listened to him, still.

"Yeah, you did." And in the end, she believed in him like how she had always done.

"Do you have any other surprises? I won't flip it, I promise. Well, at least I will try not to." Jimin chuckled when he said that after drinking his cup of iced latte.

"Well, there's this place I've always wanted to come to with you." Hayoung's smile replaced the back of the album when she put it down to finally show her husband her face. This time she's sure that Jimin wouldn't have the chance to flip it because it's one of her personal hobbies that he didn't know about. Suddenly, Jimin was curious.

Chapter 14: YAY BTS are comeing back with a new song! Definitely wanted to see how Hayoung reacted to that. May I ask another question? Do any of you know the We Got Married host (Especially the man that is lil bit short and funny///other than Danny Ahn) because it felt uncomplete when all the fanfiction only knows Misun, Eric, and Choa.

Hey! actually I have a question. Do WGM is actually scripted, on the activity they do also the word they spoke? Do most couple actually have feeling for each other afterward? Are they also caring toward each other behind the scene?

This is random, but yes, I'm curious to death.
Please help by replying this very "random" question.
