A summer night……….

Tonight……

Yes. It is tonight.

After half day practice for the coming KARA first Solo Concert in Seoul, I walked alone in the dark street, it is around 10pm.

I don’t know why I walked into the ahjumma’s restaurant , It is been a while I haven’t came. As usual, there is no one in that small restaurant. Ahjumma noticed and approached me with big smile, “ Nicole-ah, long time no see. You come alone tonight, where is Jiyong?”

I haven’t heard that name for a long time, “Ahjumma, hhaahaaa… yes…. I came alone tonight, since I miss you much and Jiyong oppa is busy, so he can’t be there.”

“Sit down. Sit down. I cook something for you to eat.”

After bidding goodbye to Ahjumma, I start walking alone in the no one street under dark sky, unconsciously, I stand in front of the familiar villa, it seems no one in the villa, the light doesn’t turn on, it is dark and silent, just like my heart. I stared at the familiar villa blankly for a long time, and put down the handmade birthday cake near the front door.

“Yongie Oppa. Happy Birthday 2012.8.18.” I smile bitter.

2012.8.19-20 KARA First Concert in Seoul

After 3 hours rehearsal of practice and preparation of KARA first Concert in Seoul,
