All Because a Cup of Coffee
Luhan sighed as he layed his head down on the desk, the monotone sound of his teacher rambling about Modern Art sending him into a light sleep. "And now," his teacher announced. Luhan sat up slowly, hoping the next few hours of class would be a terrific bore that would send him home early, "I'd like to introduce an up-and-coming artist, who also happens. To be an alumni from this very classroom. Please welcome Oh Sehun."
"He's here? Now?" Luhan thought, his breathing coming to a harsh interrupt as Sehun smiled at the class. Luhan let out a harsh, dry breath as his eye caught Sehun's.
"Hello everyone. I'd like to thank you for allowing me to walk down memory lane for today. Unfortunately, I will have to correct your instructor , as I am very well known in Korea's art community, and some of my work is hanging in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Calling me up-and-coming is a bit of and undershot." Sehun smiled as the class laughed. "Now the one thing I want to tell you about modern art is this: it's all about emotion. Your artwork will give everyone a small glimpse into what you're feeling. Anger, sadness..." Sehun halted as he looked towards Luhan. "...Love, even..." He said dryly, clearing his throat as he addressed the audience. "Anything you may feel can be art."
Luhan's face began to burn as he heard Sehun talk. His words hung in his head as he focused solely on Sehun's figure., making small notes on the delicate way he moved his hands: pianist. His quick, long strides as he paced the floor: dancer. Even the high pitch of some of his words: singer. Though there was one thing in particular he noticed about Sehun: It was the way he said that one word, almost as if he had to think on it: Love.
"Well everyone, I hope you learned something from my boring lecture. I hope you all pursue any dream you may have and wish you all good luck and wonderful health in the future." Sehun smiled as he left the room, making one final glance at Luhan.
Class dragged on on for another hour. Luhan smiled as the dinging of the school bell allowed Luhan to leave his classroom. "Ah finally. Can't wait t go home..." He thought, pushing the heavy metal front doors open. Luhan nearly dropped his school bag when he was met by Sehun's smile on the opposite side of the street. As he walked closer towards his car, he hoped he would just engage in casual conversation. "Um, hello..."
"Hi there." Sehun smiled.
"How, um... How are you?"
"Can't complain."
"That's nice..."
The silence lingering between them was deafening. Luhan couldn't stand it, he wanted to run home, but Sehun was just across the hall. Where could he go? "So..." Sehun chuckled, breaking the silence between them.
"Yes...?" Luhan squeaked, his throat dry and his face burning.
"Are you going to get in the car or not?" Sehun offered.
"W-What?" Luhan stammered, feeling light headed and swaying. "Am I car going to get not? Huh?" He slurred, his vision going blurry before fading to black.
Well new chapter! I hope you guys like it, I've been planning this chapter for a long time! But oh no, dear Luhan can't take it! Well. If Sehun asked me if I needed a ride home I'd probably pass out too! Well, I'd have a nosebleed, scream, and then pass out! But still... Anyway, next chapter is EunHae, and Xiumin fans prepare! I know I told you in like, chapter two, but I feel like you'd need that much time to prepare. :P
