Two days ago, Ms. Kim, the 22 year old female who slammed into 8sians' car causing the deaths of Sarah, Cindy, and Rose was sentenced to only 2 years of prison. But fans were outside of a court house today protesting on how to light the punishment was and wanted more justice.

Eariler today many people gathered in front of a court house, protesting about the imprisonment peirod for Ms. Kim and her case aganist the members of 8sians, causing three deaths back in January. Many people alike, young and old showed their faces and holding signs saying how unfair this trial was and demand another.

If people don't remember Ms. Kim was only to serve 2 years in prison. Fans espically protest on how three deaths can only serve 2 years in prison. The court or JYP Entertainment have not responded to the protesting. But fans contuied throughout the day protesting until police came to push protesters away. We will keep you up to date on this.

[UPDATE] JYP Entertainment has responded to the protesting news eariler this afternoon;

"We [JYP Entertainment] are here to to talk about the protesting news that happened the morning of May 16th. We have talked with the court and judge who judged this case and are still deciding on what to do next. Though we know the three members passings and the case was treated unfairly to some we ask that no matter what happens next that support goes to the other members of 8sians. The girls need more support then more protests. We will update on new infomation as soon as possible."

A few hours after JYP Entertainment left this update, one court house responded with this;

"We know that the case of Ms. Kim, the one that cause a car accident and killed Chen Shuhua [Sarah], Nguyyen Thai Thai [Cindy], and Ahn Jang Mi [Rose], as well as attempted murder to the other five laides was treated unfairly to some. And after a long discussion with the ladies' label, parents, and the defendant we decided on a retrial sometime either this month or next month. We hope that this time the trial will be fair and closed. We are sorry to the family and friends who must go through another trial."
