A date

D A T E 

The school year literally began like a week ago and I’ve already landed myself a date with someone. 

Granted it’s not the person I’m actually interested in ; but it’s a date nonetheless 

A date I shouldn’t even be on because this year is suppose to be about books , test and study guides. 

Not guys , hot rides and spicy rice

Yet here I am getting ready with Choa, Eunha and Lisa trying my hardest to pretend to be just as excited

Don’t get me wrong , I am excited. A chance to get out on a school night just because Yixing and Luhan are tagging along and my mother for some reason trust them

But 

If Milo would have been able to tag along I’m sure I would’ve felt a bit more giddy but when I invite her to join us she turned me down before I finished the question

What I’m mostly struggling to understand is what the heck is a girl crush concept. Lisa volunteered to help everyone with their clothes and make up; which really just turned into a slumber party with her styling everyone with clothes out of her own closet

Now don’t get me wrong I’m pretty trendy in the fashion world but I , for the life of me have no idea why we need a concept for a group date. Plus girl crush intended audience doesn’t seems to be the demographic that we are meeting up with for this date

I have to admit we do look cool

Or as Lisa would put it “ 4 Hot chicken nuggets straight off the pan “ 

Whatever that means

I’ve been dates before but for some reason I’m still nervous. Although Baekhyun isn’t my “ ideal” type ; he still seems like a pretty decent fella. 

I can’t help but thinking what should I do if be he tries to lean in for kiss or ask about a second more private date. 

What the heck would I do?

Once I broke out of Milo ‘s spell I was wrecking my brain of why the hell I even agreed to go. 

A sweet smelling lady can get me to agree to just about anything. Anything it seems

Though that day the bug repellent was over powering the honey scent so what was the real reason??

Just to make her happy ? Sure 

So she could hold my hand again ? 

........maybe. High possibility 

So I can smell her sweet honey hair bouncing in the wind? Watching her hips— 

You know I’ll stop there. 

Idk if it’s the girl crush lather pants but it’s a little hot under this collar and I’m ready to crawl back into bed so I can over think every interaction. Something I’ve grown quite accustomed to after meeting Milo

Standing here being stuck in my head all night it’s gonna help so I gotta shake this sh*t off so I don’t ruin everyone else’s time

I chose the right time to get it together too that faint knock on Lisa’s dorm door signaled the fellas are indeed present and accounted for all...5 ....of them?
