Gray Caramel & Melodic chuckles
First class of the day
Soo young pov :
Monday morning brought rain. Well not just Monday morning, it's been raining all weekend. The gloomy kind of gray that I've grown to dislike. Everyone and everything seemed to be moving slower against the darken skies.
Don't get me wrong I enjoy rain as much as the next person but just day after day after day of rain, cannot be anyone idea of a good time
Of course Monday also brought section leaders and junior leader meeting for the battle of the band. On top of Mr. Byun selecting me to be in his band this year ; My cousin Yixing also chose me to be his junior this year mostly because I complained to his mum but never the less, I was invite to the 3:00 meeting for this years theme of battle of the band.
Mr. Byun was a no show so I sat in as a representative of our unofficial official band. Although I could barely focus because of the sitting arrangements . I sat right a across from the most beautiful angel since the birth of Park Choa. Boo Mi Lo. She smelled like caramel even with her clothes soak in wet. It's driving me insane.
About mid way through me thinking about all the things she would smell good with, I heard the fatal words of 'foreign dub step 'and knew it I had to join the conversation. One of my only flaws is speaking loudly when I haven't been paying attention. Shouting "INDIE MUSIC NOT DUB STEP " definitely isn't the best way to join a conversation but hey it got the point across.
Everyone in the small room turned towards we with puzzled looks. Even Mi lo was staring at me as she tried to ring the water from her curls. From the looks that I was getting, it seemed like just about everyone loved the dub step and I was trampling the chance to share with the world.
If anyone would have been talking a louder I wouldn't have heard it. It was faint and sweet but it still caught my attention
If you've ever heard Mr. Byun chuckle count yourself as blessed.
Apparently in the mist of me thinking about dessert versions of Milo, he pulled up a chair and sat beside me. I'm not sure if it was the school's obsession with him or the sweet cologne he wore but it made me squeal. He explained softly that he actually suggested the foreign genres as a joke but since I strongly agree we should definitely try it.
Ahh that is why they stared because I, a mere underling went against the actual winner suggestion and pick.
Well it's settled. Foreign music it is. Wee woo wee.
