As soon as it left his mouth everybody's head snapped towards Baekhyun, well everyone expect for Kai.

Despite all the constant need to punch Kai in his kidney ,He is unfortunately one of my closet friends outside of the Double Baek with cheese fan group.

Because Kai is my stupid friend. He knows I like Baekhyun.  Because Kai is stupid. He can't hide his emotions. 

As soon as the second set of compliments left Baekhyun's lips Kai pulled me in close for a not so private conversation. 

" do you want me to take off my clothes as a distraction ? I will if I have too " " don't you think it's a bit much for him to confess twice? " "maybe if I convince that sassy quash Luhan to kiss Sehun we ca- "

I didn't even want to hear the end of the sentence.  I appreciate Kai but for some reason that boy is always from one extreme to the next. 

If you think that Baekhyun confessing his attraction to someone isn't something that I haven't experienced before you would be dead wrong.

Baekhyun is a lover

He even confessed to the the random old ladies who gave candies at the end of the school year. 

Even though I like him it doesn't mean I can control him. I have seen Baekhyun date a couple of girls and even a boy back in primary school. 

But what hasn't stopped hurting was the stupid hug Kai had me in.

 Kai went from holding my body close to smushing my face with both of his hands

I don't know how me reaching for a fork to poke myself loose from Kai 's suffocating hug translated  that I was reaching out for Sehun's hands

Oh but he did it. 

With Jongin forcing his entire weight on my body and Sehun holding my hands for dear life I was honestly stuck between a rock and a noodle place. 

I am sandwiched between two idiots and I can't get out

"Wait so does that mean that we have to fight ?" 

Wait what ??

From there on out I was trying to really  understand why , just why that is the first thing Lay really said all night. 

The fact that everyone is just going along with it.  No one is asking questions.  

Surprisingly the only other person who thought that this entire fight for her right to like duel was stupid was Kai. 

"Orrrr they don't have to fight at all and Soo jae can decide herself if she wants to even give Baekhyun a chance ...no one else thought of that??  Kai said grabbing one my hands from Sehun and rubbing his fingers over my thumb. 

It's moments like these where I remember why Jongin and I are such great friends. Kai is so concern with my feelings towards Baekhyun that he is trying to talk them out of a homie round.

"Quit being a wet blanket Kai, of course she gets to pick its gonna be 90 degrees next Saturday we want a excuse to hit each other and get wet" 

Then there is my self proclaimed best friend family member whom I am not related to at all definitely not helping Kai's argument while rolling his eyes at Kai's comment. 

Somehow everyone was on board with this water balloon fight idea 

Everyone but Luhan and Kai although I think that Luhan just wants a reason to fight Chanyeol. 

After all the excitements of choosing the duel and who was going go up against who. Baekhyun picked his team color to be yellow and Lay picked pink. 

Somehow Luhan convinced everyone that we needed try outs for teams to be fair so his team doesn't lose.  

Even I somehow agreed to meet up with everyone later on to tonight to have two on two so the captain can pick members

Splitting up in threes we all got a task to complete so we can have a try out tonight. Kai , Sehun and I have to get the water Ballons. Baekhyun , Chanyeol and Luhan are going to get Tee shirts. Xiumin , Choa and Soojae are picking location.

Walking hand and hand with Kai and Sehun to the small market around the corner from the school , we had time to ourselves to talk about everything we just witnessed. 

" I cannot believe that Luhan found a way to yet again put Chan in cast " Kai said swinging our arms back and forth while laughing at the ridiculous lengths Luhan will go to hit. 

" well it's cause Luhan and Baekhyun dated for a day back in primary because they figured that the most attractive people should be together but of course Luhan is 20000x worst as a child so they quietly broke up the next day but once Chanyeol found out that they dated he brought it up every chance he got until Luhan  punched him in the face. Since then Luhan is out for blood but it's Chanyeol can you blame him ?? "

Smiling a little to myself as I finished my thought with a chuckle. 

Good lord I have caught Baekhyunitis

Kai stop walking and so did Sehun. 

" how did you know that? I thought today was your first day meeting both Luhan and Baekhyun ? " Sehun asked letting go of my hand and stuffing his in his jacket 

" Mi lo , I told you never to repeat that!! " Kai said eyes wide as he tries telling me with his facial moments to just go along with his lie of him telling  me what happened instead of the true story of Baekhyun telling me about the fight while he waited for the principle and I waited for the nurse.  

" Uhmm yeah Kai told me one day haha it  is was really funny so I just remembered"

" orrrr Milo is the girl Baekhyun had a crush on back in primary school who he hung out with in the nurse office " 

Damn. Lie detector determined that  Sehun is a lie detector.
