Warning: This chapter has a lot of cussing.

What a great idea it was to go out and celebrate. Our favourite pair is now drunk and are currently making out on the couch in the living room with bottles of soju littering the floor and two shot glasses on the coffee table. You’re probably wondering how did it end up to this. Let’s take a step (or maybe a few thousand steps) back and check out how they ended up making out on the couch.

Let’s start from when they had exited the office.

“Hey, do you wanna go to a restaurant or something? I know this cool place that has the best pizza.” Taeyeon suggested, breaking the silence in the elevator. The two were now leaving the office but they still were indecisive of where to have their celebration.

“I’m kinda craving for some street food.”

“Well there’s this ahjumma who sells like the best spicy rice cakes near our place.”

Jessica’s eyes lit up, “Really? Oh my god. Can we please hurry there? I’m so hungry.”

“Sure thing then.” Taeyeon smiled that cute dimpled smile that was sure to melt everyone’s heart and probably explode a certain someone’s (cough Jessica cough) ovaries.

Taeyeon was right when she said that the street stall was near their place. Since they knew they were going to be drinking, they decided to be responsible and park Taeyeon’s car at their place before walking to the stall.

The place was pretty crowded and they were lucky to be able to find an empty table. A petite elderly lady then came to their table to get their orders. Jessica allowed Taeyeon to order since she wasn’t very sure what to get except the spicy rice cakes that Taeyeon claim to be the best.

While waiting for their food to be served, the lady brought two bottles of soju, a jug of ice-cold water, two shot glasses and two cups to their table. Jessica was about to pour the soju for the both of them when Taeyeon took the bottle from her hands.

“Hey, let me pour for you a drink ok? This celebration is about you, remember?” Again, that dimpled smile appeared. Jessica felt her face heating up.

“Alright, cheers!” They brought both their shot glasses together with a clink and quickly took a shot of the soju. Jessica who was not used to the taste could only cringe.

Taeyeon who was used to drinking soju, saw Jessica’s expression. She couldn’t help but chuckle. “You don’t like it?”

“It’s a little stronger than I expected.”

“But I saw a few soju bottles in your fridge?”

“Oh. My sister bought them for me when I first moved in. We were suppose to drink that night but she had to leave early and I was too tired I didn’t even need alcohol to knock myself out.”

Taeyeon had already filled their shot glasses again. Soon the spicy rice cakes came together with a plate of what seem to be live octopus.

Jessica almost let out a shriek when she saw the octopus move on the plate. “Is that… alive?”

“Yeah. You never tried it before?”

“I wouldn’t have asked if I did.”

Taeyeon let out a hearty laughter. “Alright. You don’t have to eat it if you don’t want to.” She had wanted to call Jessica a chicken but felt that they were still considered acquaintances and was inappropriate.

The younger girl was already trying the spicy rice cakes. “Oh my god! You’re right! This is delicious!”

“Eat more then.”

They were done eating but they were craving for some ice cream. Sadly, Brain Freeze was already closed and neither of the two wanted to disturb Tiffany by calling her up to open the ice cream parlour.

They were walking home in silence, both feeling a little tipsy from the soju because they had finished both bottles at the stall. Taeyeon then asked a random question.

“Hey Jessica, have you tried drinking soju with beer before?”

“Hmm? Nope.”

“How about soju with cola?”

Jessica had a disgusted look on her face. “Is that even nice?”

“You’re missing out!! You have beer and soju at home right?”

Jessica nodded her head.

“How about cola?”

Jessica shook her head.

“We’re getting that cola right now!” Taeyeon dragged Jessica into a 7-11 that they were conveniently standing in front of.

Our favourite duo finally made it home. Feeling a little hot, Jessica decided to change to her comfortable PJs. Taeyeon was a little too enthusiastic to get her roommate to try out the unique combinations of soju & beer and soju & cola that she didn’t bother to change. Instead she went straight to the kitchen to get two shot glasses and her favourite soju & beer mixing glass.

“Wow, you’re well prepared for this.” Jessica was amazed at the set-up Taeyeon had prepared on their coffee table in the living room.

Taeyeon looked up to see Jessica in a pair of shorts and an oversized tee, “Well yeah,” she replied sheepishly while rubbing the back of her neck, “My friends and I drank a lot during our college days.”

Jessica only nodded her head with a knowing look on her face. She knew nothing could be compared to her college days in America. She felt a chill ran down her spine and shivered. It was a nightmare.

“So should we get started?” For some unknown reason Jessica was kind of excited to try these combinations.

“Sure. But I need to get some chips before we start. Do you want some Pringles?” Getting a nod as a response from her roommate, Taeyeon got up and went to the kitchen to get a can of Pringles.

When she got back, Jessica had switched the TV on and was lazing on the sofa while watching Running Man.

“Alright. Now allow the bartender Tae- I mean, Yuri, to serve you the best alcoholic drinks you would ever have in your life.” Taeyeon announced in a slightly deeper voice, causing Jessica to giggle, not noticing the slip of tongue on her real identity.

Jessica innocently clapped like a seal and cheered. Taeyeon sat herself on the floor.  

“Ok, do you want to try the soju & beer or the soju & cola first?”

“Soju & cola because it sounds weird and disgusting.”

“Alright. You’re gonna regret saying that.” Taeyeon teased.

Taeyeon opened the big bottle of cola and tried her best to fill half the shot glass with it. Her hands were wobbly and she failed miserably because she filled the shot glass to the brim and it spilled onto the table. Jessica couldn’t help but let out a laugh upon seeing this.

“Urgh! God damn it.” Taeyeon wiped the spilled cola and drank half of the shot. After she was done, she pulled out a napkin and placed it over the glass and dipped the centre of the napkin into the cola. She then poured the soju carefully. Once done, she carefully lifted the napkin, creating a nice distinct line between the cola and soju.

“ YEAH!” Taeyeon did a fist pump in the air and almost jumped out of her seat, nearly causing the table to be flipped over and everything to spill.

“Woaaah. Calm down there tiger.” Jessica tried to calm her roommate down. She then sat on the floor next to Taeyeon whose eyes looked like they were about to drop out with how eager and wide they were.

Taeyeon offered the shot glass to Jessica who was still sceptical to try the concoction.

“ONE SHOT! ONE SHOT! ONE SHOT!” Taeyeon chanted while banging on the coffee table. Not wanting to disappoint her roommate, Jessica quickly took a shot. To her surprise, it didn’t taste like poison at all. Instead it tasted sweet like cola.

Taeyeon looked at her with eager eyes, “Good isn’t it?” To which Jessica could only nod and gave her a thumbs up.

She then took what her best friends would call ‘The Magical Glass’, a bottle of beer and the opened bottle of soju. “Now for the soju & beer.”

Taeyeon poured what she thought was 60 ml of soju into the magical glass then added 100 ml of beer. What Taeyeon didn’t know was that she had accidentally poured 100 ml of soju, which was pretty much the level where one would get wasted.

Unknown to Jessica (because she thought it was normal to fill half the glass with soju), she grabbed the glass and chugged it down all in one shot. As soon as she was done, she dropped the glass onto the table. She was feeling sick and her whole body instantly felt hotter but not wanting to look like a loser, she fakes a smug smile.

“Woah. You Americans can really drink well.” Taeyeon said, impressed. Not wanting to feel left out, she prepared for herself a glass of soju & beer. Similarly to Jessica’s she accidentally poured 100 ml of soju and 100 ml of beer into the magical glass.

“. That is stronger than usual.” Taeyeon mumbled while clutching her stomach, not wanting to puke the contents. She had just drunk the deadly concoction in one shot. Seeing as Jessica had made her way to the couch, she decided to do the same.

Half an hour has past and now the roommates were beyond wasted. Jessica had also sneaked her way next to Taeyeon and was now hugging her while resting her head against Taeyeon’s shoulder. Also, for some odd reason they were now watching Twilight that was airing on a TV channel. The two were so engrossed in the movie (despite it making the headache worse).

Suddenly, Jessica started thinking she's a vampire and so decides to nibble on Taeyeon's neck. Feeling ticklish, Taeyeon pushed her roommate away causing the latter to be angry. So Jessica did the unthinkable, leaned in and bit hard on Taeyeon's neck, near her pulse point.

"Ouch! Jessica!" Taeyeon yelled, clearly pissed.

"Yah why are you not dead?"

Taeyeon’s eyebrows furrowed before asking, "Why the should I be, head?"

"I ing bit you at the pulse point! You should be dead! Unless…” Jessica gasped, “I MADE YOU A VAMPIRE AND YOU'RE MY MATE"

"ing hell Shika. You need to stop watching twiling or tweelit or what ever the this is called."

Not hearing anything Taeyeon had said, Jessica started wailing, "NUUUUU WHY IS MY MATE A SHORTIE?"

"WHAT?" Taeyeon launched herself onto Jessica, straddling the slightly younger girl.

"Take it back!"

Jessica looked confused and asked, "My bite?"

"No! Your words!"

"How do I take them back?"

"I don't know!"

"Then what?"

"You annoying piece of meat!" Taeyeon bit hard on Jessica pulse point. Well she thought she bit hard. All she did was just the spot and it, well you know, trying to leave a hickey.

Jessica let out a moan, clearly enjoying this feeling and Taeyeon was reminded of the time she accidentally grabbed Jessica's s.

"What was that?" Jessica asked, scared of the sound she had just heard.

"What?"

"That sound. It sounded like an animal."

Taeyeon ignored Jessica’s questions and was now making her way to the latter’s collarbone. She gently nips and on the collarbone, again trying to leave a hickey. This caused Jessica to let a gasp followed by another moan.

"Omg there it is again! What kind of animal is that??"

Taeyeon stopped her ministration and sat up, looking around trying to find this animal. She was annoyed with this animal that Jessica spoke of that kept disrupting her “mating” session. While sitting up, her knee accidentally brushed against Jessica's clothed core causing the latter to let another moan.

This time, Taeyeon heard it, "Shika, I'm scared."

"Me too! What if it's that devil?"

"Devil?”

"Your dog. He's a devil in disguise."

“ing hell. You might be right.”

Taeyeon scrambled to get up and as soon as she stood up, her legs began to wobble causing her to fall on top of Jessica. Just like in any typical Korean drama, their lips were now merely inches apart. Hesitantly, Jessica leaned forward and placed a quick peck on Taeyeon’s lips.

“ Shika. Is that what you call a kiss?” Taeyeon muttered under her breath.

Feeling challenged, Jessica lifted her head higher from the sofa and closed the gap between the two of them. Let’s just say the make out session was far from anything decent (heck, saying it’s sloppy doesn’t even fit).

Jessica felt hot and felt like she could combust into flames at any point of time now so she break away from the make out, leaving Taeyeon panting for air. Wanting to cool herself down, Jessica lifted her oversized shirt and tossed it to a corner of the living room. Taeyeon wasn’t sure if the drinks were making her see things that she wasn’t suppose to see or was Jessica really not wearing any bra under her shirt.

Snapping out of her daze (and ert stares), Taeyeon asked, “Are we gonna have ?”

“Do you want to?” Jessica asked teasingly.

“You’re asking me that when you’re ing half and below me. Are you ing kidding me? this.”

Taeyeon stood up and with wobbly hands, pulled Jessica off the couch. The latter that seems to be the type to laugh and giggle a lot when drunk, could only giggle seeing her colleague’s effort.

“Come on! Move! I’m in heat!” Taeyeon once again tugged on Jessica’s arm.

The two drunkards finally (after tripping on air countless times) made their way to Jessica’s room.

“Why are we doing it in my room? I just changed the sheets.”

“Because I don’t want my precious dookongs to see you lose yourself to me tonight.” 

Wow. Can you believe it? I finally updated after nearly 6 months of leaving you guys hanging.

Also, funny thing was that I actually had written 70% of this MONTHS ago but only remembered about it earlier today.
