The other end of the line just keeps ringing.

He tries again.

It rings once, twice, thrice..

Still nothing.

The ceremony must still be on going. He’ll try again later.

“Oppa, mianhae. I kept my phone on silent during the ceremony.” She texts after a while.

“It’s okay joohyuna~ I’m sorry I can’t be there on your graduation day.”

“Kwaenchana, oppa. Weve talked about this. Anyway, are you still in FNC?”

“Yes. I’ll be doing the Ice Bucket challenge a little later and then I another schedule after.”

“ Right. Remember what I told you last night?

“Ne~ I’ll get soaked in lukewarm  water first before the ice bucket.”

“Good boy. Keke. Ah, oppa. Were on our way right now. I think we’ll pass by FNC”

“You’ll pass by while I’m doing the challenge. Give me a signal, ne?”

“Algesseo. Good luck, oppa! I love you!”

“Ya. Joohyuna. Me too! And oppa is so proud of you. Chukkahae, my college degree holder yeoshin-nim. Kekeke. Gotta go.. Mwah”

“Ack. Jung Yonghwa! Cheesy! ”

He just smiles and goes to the front gate while taking a last look on his script.

“You ready, Yonghwa-shi?”

“Ne, hyungnim.”

He takes his position . “Okay. And.. we’re rolling.”

He diligently memorizes the script for ALS in front of the camera..

“Kakao” his phone beeped. He can’t possibly check it right now.

A black car passes by.. it honks.

He looks around really quickly, startled and smiles silly.

Ah, buin. And goes right back to the task at hand.

After doing the challenge, he immediately changes to dry clothes.

He calls her. “Did you see me, outside?”

“Ne. That’s why I asked manager oppa to honk. Keke. Were you startled?”

“Ne. but I handled it. Keke.”

“That’s a relief. “

“Are you on your way to the party now?”

“Ne. I wish you could be there with me, oppa.”

“Oh Joohyun. I wish I could too.”

Silence. “Kwaenchana. We can celebrate some other time. Right, oppa?” She tries to brighten up.

“Mianhae, Joohyuna. Jeongmal mianhae.”

“Oppa. Don’t be like that. We always knew things like this could happen with the type of relationship we are in, right? We talked about this, right?”

“Right. Arasseo. Oppa won’t make you feel bad anymore. Text me from time to time, ne?”

“Ne. And you too, oppa. Don’t forget to eat!”

“Ne~~ saranghae, cheonsaya~”  

Ew. Oppa. Aegyo doesn’t suit you! Hahaha! Nado saranghae~~! Bye!” She cuts the call.

“This girl. Just you wait Seo Joohyun.”

The party’s in full swing. That, he can tell even in the dark backroom he’s in in some restobar in Gangnam.

It’s her graduation party. Her unnies threw it for her because apparently, So Nyeo Shi Dae now owns a college graduate.

He chuckles. Those girls, really.

He looks at the time.

“Where are those punks?”

And as if on cue, they burst through the door.

“Ya!” He starts.

“Hyung, everythings been set up.” Jungshin says immediately cutting him off.

“Her parents are here. And all her unnies.”

“Even Sooyoung?”

“Ne. But you have to do it soon. She has to go back to filming.”

“Arasseo. You all know what to do.” His dongsaengs are as nervous as him if not more.

“Ya.” He puts his hand face down in the middle.

“Da Jukja”, He starts.

“Yeah!” They answer.

They all laugh before Jungshin  runs to the electric switch muttering “who does that at times like this? Keke.”

Minhyuk runs to signal Krystal on the piano.

Jonghyun grabs the party poppers.

“This is it.” He takes a deep breath and goes out of the back room.

The lights go off.

Everyone gasps.

A spotlight shines upon her. Her face is pure confusion and surprise. Priceless. He gives the song his all.

A spotlight shines upon him. He sits with Krystal in the piano bench.

as the world spins around her she laughs, rolls her eyes

He stands to walk towards her all the while looking into her eyes.

They break apart after a long moment and he starts..

“Joohyuna, I am not the most handsome guy out there. I know I sometimes act it but I’m not..”

Everybody chuckles including her. He grins but resumes his serious tone.

“..Nor am I the smartest geek or the coolest dude or a musician that makes the greatest music. I’m just me. Jung Yonghwa. Leader of CNBLUE.  But I also happen to know that this Busan guy really, really, really, rea~~lly loves you. With all my heart, my soul, my all. And I hope that love, my love, is enough for me to deserve you.”

The whole place is abuzz with tense silence.

He kneels down in front of her, still holding her hands, tight. She’s now all tears and snot.

“Joohyuna, Hyu~n, Seo Joohyun, nae sarang bit, my love girl, my imagine love, my diamond girl, my miracle.

“Will you at least consider a married life with me?”

He takes out a ring from his pocket.

She smiles through her tears.

She nudges him to stand up and she hug him tight until she calms down enough.

She feels his heartbeat. He’s nervous. Very nervous.

“Oppa. I cant breathe.” He’s unconsciously hugging her tight back.

“Ah. Mian.”

She smiles as she puts her hand in his cheek.

He’s  so nervous he’s a little out of it.

“Oppa.” He pays attention.

“I am way past the stage of considering a married life with you. I’ve stopped a long time ago.” His face falls.

She softly squishes the cheek she’s been holding. “I’m already looking forward to it.”

He brightens up. Cheek bursting grin and all while e goes for a hug.

“Uh uh.”  She s her left hand forward.

“Ring first.”

“Aish, Seo Joohyun. You have this side too?”  He laughs but puts on the ring for her, anyway.

She examines the ring in the light and smiles bright.

“This means we’re getting married, right?”

She rolls her eyes and laughs. “Of course, oppa.”

He goes in for the hug.

Jonghyun runs to where they were standing, pops the poppers and says a rather awkward and loud. “Chukkahae!”

They both laugh along with the crowd.

“And oppa.” She whispers after a long moment.

“Ne?”

“I really, really, rea~lly love you too. And you’re the only league I’ll ever want to be in.”

He hugs her tighter (if that's possible).

How are ya all handling your feels today? I mean.. i never run out of it since i woke up this morning. Not kidding. Seohyun's graduation (this unnie is proud!), Jung Yong's Ice Bucket Challenge vid (Oppa, you did good!) and then OTP feels for so many (delusional) reasons, Joohyun again for InStyle and Seo In Guk for Marie Claire. Waaaaaah!! My heart hurts, really. I think it's too stressed. LOL But no kidding. The pain's physical. :D 

Shoutout to Raj for this one. She recommended the song on my last update. I have been trying to write it since but i could not come up with anything except the last line. Hahhaha. And then today happened. Keke! I had to work but i couldnt let go of the feels so here i am. Haha!
