Next Door, Mr. Charming [옆집 훈남] Chapter_1

It's hot.
The heat from the sun is immense. What if I get a sunstroke like this?...

Mid August, on this very sunny day, I moved to a district that is fifteen minutes from my school. I really didn't think I would come to a place like this ;-;
My dad comforted me by saying that I we would be able to move to a much better place if I endured this place for just a couple years -- but I'm still unconvinced. Not only are the alleyways extremely narrow, but the sounds from within each home are all exposed. The distance between each house is way to small -- everything is too loud. Children run around kicking balls, and elderly women rest under the shade while gossiping. I even see frequent dog poop here and there. If there is one thing that I'm thankful for, it's that this place isn't a basement. If I had to live underground in a place like this....ugh.

"Kim Minah!! Aren't you gonna help unpack?!"
"Ugh, why...I don't want to."
"Hey!"
"I'm going to the supermarket! -_-"

It's no use even when my older brother keeps nagging...it's too hot.
How am I supposed to unpack and move furniture in this kind of weather?!......
After buying a melon icecream bar from the supermarket, I made my way back home.

A moving center truck pulled up in front of the house right next to ours.

A man got out of the truck and rang the doorbell of the house next door.
