Chapter 14: Condition

Yeojin’s POV

Finally, the school was end. I was walking alone but then someone called me loudly from the back. I turned back and saw Donghae was running towards me.

'Why he has to run to me twice today?'

But I just stood there, waiting for him.

'What does he want?I wonder what had happened to him since I treated him last day. He suddenly seems nice and cares about me, no more rude words come out from his mouth; stalker whatsoever. Is it true that he really  think of me as his girlfriend? I’m not sure what's in his heart? Or is it probably a PRANK or actually a REALITY?

“Yeojin, let’s go back together,” he said and unexpectedly grabbing my hand. He twisted his hand with mine.

I'm speechless with his sudden action.

He then pulled me, made my body moved a bit.

Is he OKAY?

I looked at him. He was smiling happily.

Why is he so happy?

“Yeojin, wait!” another person called my name.

Who's the person this time? It's a man’s voice.

We both spontaneously stopped our steps and turned back to see the owner of the voice.

It's Jae.

I noticed that Donghae’s face turn sour and he looked at Jae sharply. His eyes look like an eagle’s eyes. He then held my hand tightly. That was really freak me out. I gulped.

“Please, wait. I’ve something to tell you. Hi, Donghae! Could I talk with Yeojin for a while?” Jae asked Donghae’s permission. Donghae looked at me and then shook his head.

“Nope. Why don’t you just talk to her in front of me?” Donghae said seriously. His words really made me surprised. I could see his eyes were full of jealousy.

Is he really jealous? Is it real? DONGHAE IS JEALOUS OF ME AND JAE!!! This is the first time there's a man who gets jealous when I'm talking with another man. Donghae, you look like giving a hope to me to love you. But I wonder his feeling to me eitther it is real or not?

“Nevermind,” Jae said but then continued speaking to me. I gave my attention to Jae. 

“Yeojin, I just want to remind you about our second assignment. Do you free tomorrow?”  he asked me.

Damn, I totally forgot about that! Thank God Jae has reminded me. Mr Lee, our literature teacher, really loves giving us a lot of assignments. Just for revision, he said. But so much works really annoying me sometimes.

“Once again? But why must he to be my Yeojin’s partner?” I heard Donghae was mumbling.

“Oh, thanks for reminding me, Jae. I almost forget about that. Of course I’m free tomorrow,” I answered him. He then smiled to me. 

“Good. How about we start our discussion tomorrow morning? At usual place, okay?”  he suggested. I quickly nodded my head without thinking for second.

“Sure, why not?” I said and smiled to him. He then excused himself and walked away from us.

I looked at Donghae and he was staring at me. I could feel my face was red and hot now. His eyes were really attractive and pretty.

But why is he staring at me like that?

Donghae’s POV

As I was started walking with Yeojin, I heard a man’s voice called Yeojin’s name. I turned back as Yeojin turned her body too. I saw a man was running towards us or maybe towards Yeojin. I knew him before. He was Yeojin’s work-partner.

What does he want? I could feel my heart is beating really fast. I feel really jealous. I never feel like this before till it comes to Yeojin. DONGHAE, CONTROL YOURSELF!!!

“Please, wait. I’ve something to tell you. Hi, Donghae! Could I talk with Yeojin for a while?” he greeted me and then asked my permission.

ABSOUTELY I WON’T GIVE HER TO YOU!!!

I looked at Yeojin and quickly shook my head without thinking for second. I asked him to talk with Yeojin in front of me. He then gave up and then continued talking to Yeojin.

YES, I MUST DEFENCE WHAT IS MINE. 

“Yeojin, I just want to remind you about our second assignment. Do you free tomorrow?”  he asked Yeojin.

WHAT??? He's her partner again??? And he's going to ask her out.

This really made me more jealous. I couldn’t realise that I was mumbling to myself and I didn’t notice that Yeojin heard that.

Donghae, you’re so EMO!!! They just want to discuss about their assignment. Is it wrong?

But they’re going out tomorrow, only two of them. What should I do? I’m surely won’t allow them. This could be considered as a DATE!!! Please say NO Yeojin. I'm begging you.

But her answer really surprising me. 

“Oh, thanks for reminding me, Jae. I almost forget about that. Of course I’m free tomorrow,”  she answered. I could feel a big stone fell on my head.

Why don’t you make an excuse? WAIT!!! She called him Jae. Why doesn’t she call him his full name?

They look so close and this really made me felt eager to them. They promised to meet tomorrow morning.

Looks like I’ve no choice as I saw Yeojin had agreed to meet him. Then, that guy walked away from us. I stared at Yeojin and she looked at me weirdly.

I then pulled her hand and walked to my house. We both didn’t say anything.

I’ve got nothing to say to her right now. My mind keeps thinking about their meeting tomorrow. What should I do?

Finally we arrived to my house. I let go of her hand. 

“Please make me an orange juice and send it to my room,”  I ordered her and then walked to my room. She nodded her head and went into the kitchen.

I changed my uniform and then lied on my bed. I put my hand on my forehead.

YES, I KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!

I grinned.

Then, someone knocked my door.

That must be Yeojin.

“Come in,” I said and she slowly walked into my room. She put a glass of orange juice on my table and was about to walk out but I called her. 

“Yeojin, don’t you see my room is messy? Please tidy it up for me,”  I ordered her again. She turned back and looked at me. She seemed speechless and didn’t move yet.

“Do it now,” I said seriously. She quickly did what I asked her. I smirked seeing her like that. My room was really messy. I purposely mess my room for her to clean as I was waiting her just now.

Am I too bad? Not really!!!

I laughed evilly deep inside my heart.

It’ll take a long time to clean my room, about twenty minutes. She must be tired as she just got home from school and then I asked her to clean my room. I put my index finger on my chin, thinking what she was going to do after this? I just saw her cleaning here and there. Sometimes she will stop for a while to rest and then continue again. I felt sorry to her but I had no choice.

After twenty minutes, she came to me and asked my permission to go out.

“Wait, you need to clean my bathroom first,” I ordered her. She looked at me with her big eyes. 

“What? I took twenty minutes to clean you room and then now you want me to clean your bathroom. This is ridiculous,”  she talked back to me. I smirked to her. She looked angry to me.

I should stop bullying her now.

“I’ll allow you to go out from my room and rest but ONE CONDITION. Either you agree with it or just do what I has ordered,” I said to her. She looked at me strangely and then spoke.

“What do you mean? Of course I’ll agree,” she said without thinking for second. I guess she might be really tired and exhausted.

THIS IS A GOOD CHANCE!!! 

“I want to join you tomorrow morning. I mean your discussion with Jae,”  I said while grinning to her. She looked very surprised hearing that.

“What?” she shouted at me.
