Chapter 1 - Baek is such a drama queen. No really. He is.

“Yah, get your skinny down here Byun Soohyun!” A voice from downstairs screamed shrilly. Soohyun only rolled her eyes and continued to do her homework. A few seconds later, she heard footsteps coming up the stairs – loud and thunderous – and she knew – just knew – that it was her older brother coming upstairs in a fury.

Lately, it seems that he was always frowning and huffing; his lips often sliding into a pout when whatever was on his mind troubled him. Soohyun had ignored him for the most part, except for times like now, when he would demand something from her.

The bedroom door slammed open and Soohyun flinched. She swivelled around in her chair to see her brother standing in the doorway, fists clenched at his sides and a scowl marring his face. Her eyebrows rose mockingly and she supressed a smirk; he looked like he’d gone to hell and back.

“What is it, Baekhyun?” she asked, standing from her chair and going over to sit on her bed. She sat down and patted the area beside her, motioning for him to sit. Baekhyun only narrowed his eyes at her and came to stand before her, his arms crossed.

Now that he stood closer, she could see that his clothes were slightly dusted with flour as well as a bit on his cheek. He was still wearing an apron around his waist as well that was covered in an assortment of powders and chocolate streaks.

“What the heck were you doing that you ignored me, hmm? And it’s oppa to you,” He said lowly.

“Homework,” she said, shrugging a shoulder. Duh, what else would I be doing?
