Right after apologizing to the President, Yunhee took her seat beside her friend. Her friend, Han Sunyoung leaned to her side slowly and whispered. “You have no idea how furious he was when you didn’t come on time. This is your third time already.” Yunhee copied the same posture before replying. “I told him already. I was on my weekly coffee at the cafe nearby and since I didn’t have my watch with me, I lost track of time.”

“Agent Yun, Agent Young. Is there anything to share with the others?” President Shin caught their act. The two of them looked down in shame. The rest of the people there also managed to lay their eyes on them. The President shook his head before continuing with the meeting.

“As what I had stated, I held this meeting on such short notice because I had something important to announce. Before I begin, let me ask you a question. Have you ever heard of STP?” He questioned his fellow agents with eyes full of hope.

“Straight-through processing?”

“A motor oil company?”

“Standard temperature and pressure?” The agents wildly guessed but none of them got it right. Instead of thinking of any possible answers, Yunhee was in her subconscious world. ‘Why is he here? Wait. Why do I care about him? Let him do what he wanted to do with his freaking life.’ She thought as she continued staring at an occupied chair in front of her.

He sighed, attempting to calm his nerve down. “No one know what I meant? Agent Yun?” He called but she seemed to ignore his call so he tried again. Yet another failure. “Oh Yunhee.” He said and this time with her real name which worked tremendously.

“Yes, President Shin.” She responded with wide eyes since she was not aware of what had happened. Turned her head to face her friend for an answer but it was hopeless. “I’m sorry President Shin. Truthfully speaking, I didn’t quite listen to what you had asked.” Yunhee frankly stated and heard a guy across the table chuckled.

“Moving on. Some of you might not hear of STP before. That is because the previous President of KISS thought it is the best to end it since we already had a decent amount of field agents in the agency.” He explained.

‘STP? The Spy Training Programme? I heard of that before. I was from the last batch in the programme before his father stopped it because of what he just said. Yes, this company is a family thing. But the question is why is he bringing this up again? Don’t tell me...’

“We are re-launching the Spy Training Programme but there will be slight changes.” Mr President answering Yunhee’s thought. “Instead of using the simulation rooms provided, the newly recruited agents that had undergo a special examination and passed the exam will be assign to a more experience agent which is you.” He continued but the stare that was thrown at her made her body shiver.
