“Alright, I get it now.” Baekhyun declared with a nod before exiting the room.

By the time the elevator to the lobby floor opened, the night and cold wind greeted his face. Since he was still clad in his black suit, the cold did not bother him. Instead, he was worried about her condition. From what he had gained from Luhan, she did not bring along any jacket with her.

“Isn’t she cold? It’s midnight.” He wondered and began to wander once he exited the building. Securing the coat of his outfit, he looked to his left and right to find Yunhee in her knee-length dress. “The dress was sleeveless too. This girl makes me worried even though we just met.” He thought and a deep frown formed on his face when he could not find her silhouette.

Meanwhile, Yunhee was walking down the neighbourhood to her apartment. Since she was adopted by the previous President of KISS agency, she thought it was a wise thing to live on her own. Nevertheless she still pays her foster parents a visit occasionally that lived on the same apartment but different level as her.

As she reached the junction to her home, the temperature seemed to decrease even more. Her arms instinctively wrapped her shivering body. “I should’ve brought a jacket along.” Yunhee mumbled and turned around when she heard light footsteps behind her. Being an agent herself, she thought off many different scenarios in mind. Since she was in her dress, she was in a defenceless mode.

Yunhee exhaled heavily before trying to walk to her home again but something happened which caused her to be stuck on her current spot. She tried to lift her right foot but then she realised what was happening. A groan came out from as she glanced at the ground helplessly.

“What a great night.” She stated sarcastically to no one in particular. Stooping down to the ground, she tugged her foot lightly so that she could release her leg without a sprain ankle. Light shone upon her once she had an idea and she unstrapped the high heels off her foot. She sighed and looked at the stuck shoe.

“Now how do I get this out? How can there be a crack here anyway?” She rained herself questions with hope a reasonable answer would come to her brain. Without a doubt, she answered the first question by pulling the shoe out. She remembered to muster all her leftover strength.

After a few tries, the shoe was out but she screamed internally when she saw the heel of the shoe still wedged between the cracked sidewalks. “Again, this is one great night.” She declared unenthusiastically with an audible growl. Standing up from her squatting position, she blew her bangs away from her eyes before sighing.

“I have to walk barefooted aren’t I?” Yunhee asked herself again and faced to the direction of her apartment. Determinedly, she took off her other shoe before walking down the path.

Minutes later, a light shone on the road beside her. Her defence increased as she slung her handbag to the other side away from the road. A sound of a vehicle slowing down was all she heard before someone called her name. She warily turned her head around to look at the figure on a white motorcycle behind her.
